Pros:

Clean facilities which was great. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The bed was a good size. It was a great location to get to where we wanted.

Cons:

The bed was not super comfortable and I noticed that you put 2 beds together rather than one double bed. Pillows were not super comfortable.

Overall wasnt bad will probably use it again in the future if needed.
Pros:

I love how central it is to what we were after, we love the breakfast menu its our 2nd time here and still just as yummy and staff are always friendly

Cons:

The room didnt have a window and it had a damp wet smell and there needs to be an exhaust fan option for the bathroom as I feel that contributes to the wet damp smell, I also dont like that you have to pay $35 for parking when already paying over 400 for a room.

Exceptional service, large room and comfortable bed!
Pros:

The location was great! It was so easy to wayfind from the airport to the hotel. The room was amazing!! So happy with the space and ammenities provided. Perfect room for two friends to share. Beds was so comfortable, had a wonderful sleep! Loved the service from reception staff, 10/10. They were so kind with my questions, assisted when I needed to adjust my booking dates. We also got an upgrade so seriously exception service!

Great location and extremely well priced in the heart of the city!
Pros:

Location was great! You can get around on foot, light rail etc very close. I loved that there was underground parking available that felt safe and was very convenient. Not all inner city hotels have parking and this was a big plus for me in booking the hotel. It's a simple, basic hotel room but a gem in finding a hotel of that location and that price in Sydney!

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no food available. I believe they do a breakfast. The restaurant was there but no food available in the evenings whether to sit in or room service. The front desks displays a few items like pot noodles or crisps that you can buy. I travelled with my elderly mother who was physically limited and after a day of travelling about wanted to just eat at the hotel till we realised that wasn't a possibility.

Very satisfied for a single night stay. Will stay again when in Sydney.
Pros:

Great location near everything. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Toilet roll holder in an odd location making you have to sit sideways on the loo. Shower head very low for tall people.
