The location was convenient and the property was easy to access. The room was generally comfortable for a short stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The pull-out couch was provided without any bedding and there were not enough towels available for everyone. The fridge in the room was also not working, which was quite inconvenient. When we raised the issues, we were told to go down to reception rather than having someone assist us directly. Overall, these things made the stay feel below average.

Very good, but the dated bathroom although difficult to improve, it should be made known.
Pros:

Closeness to darling harbour and the city

Cons:

We have back issues and did not know and were. It informed of the shower incorporated into the bath, so difficult to get in and out.
To not be informed that the restaurant was not operational other than breakfast was also poor communication

Pros:

Excellent value hotel in walkable distance to Haymarket and other points of interest in the area. My room was clean, comfortable and larger than expected.

Cons:

Service was a little inconsistent but all things said and done were generally a good balance of attentive without being intrusive. I think however I annoyed the staff with needing my entry card to be reset several times as it stopped working. The room was generally quiet however at times I could hear children in the adjoining rooms jumping around and generally causing a ruckus. This was not a big problem as I brought ear plugs which blocked them out.

always Good.
Pros:

Overall,a very pleasant experience.I always like to stay here.Love the location as it is close to Central station and Haymarket/Paddy's markets area.Very relaxed environmet and I like the 11am checkout which suits me.
