Proche du centre d’Uluwatu, personnel très gentil.

The pool was ok for a swim which I had to do a lot due to the gym only being small and always busy at the times I was going. Very frustrating at times but a good swim cleared my head. A very positive part of the hotel was DEWI and her team of masseurs, she was a shining star in a very dull and no vibe hotel, her massages were fantastic and very relaxing which made me feel better. FANTASTIC DEWI.
Well, where can I start on this question, there are so many things that were very disappointing with this hotel, first of all its not a 5-star hotel, 3 stars at best. I wish people would stop lying on web pages to get customers to come to hotel, it also said it had a sauna, jacuzzi, which it didn't which really got under my skin, I am not sure if it's under maintenance as one staff member said there wasn't one there and another said it was getting fixed? upon arrival I had no greeting from staff member and had to get myself a welcome drink (I thought in back of my mind this is going to be a tough week) First thing I always do is pull back bed sheets to check if clean and yes, you guessed it bottom sheet was dirty? VERY ANNOYED AT THIS POINT, the whole hotel could do with an overhaul as things broken and just left, one lift was broke, pool cues rattling and one had no tip, towels in room were let's say not very comfortable to use, it just felt a bit dirty to stay there and made me feel not relaxed at all. One of the reviews I read about this hotel was from a gent back in 2017 and I thought I will give the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but he was so right in everything he said, Hotel is far from everything which is quite annoying as well, the list could go on but I'm getting bored of talking about it so will just leave it at that.

Location was great, the suite overlooking the 8th hole at New Kuta golf course is huge and amazing
The hotel was quiet and the pool was good.
They wouldn't let us check into our room right until check in time. The hotel decor showed signs of wear, our room ac leaked inside and outside. Our shower smelt and the water pressure was awful. The pool wasn't clean with leaves and dirt floating in it. The hotel is far from the 5 star rating it supposedly has. No mini bar and the restaurant was basic at best

Le personnel n’est pas compréhensif j’étais victime d’un coup de soleil dans tout le corps qui m’empêcher de marcher j’ai commandé un Grab à 1h du matin et j’ai appelé la personne de l’accueil on lui expliquant que je ne peux pas marcher est ce que c’est possible de ramener ma commande qui contenait des médicament et de la crème c’était un non catégorique car je cite la politique de l’hôtel et que je ramène que de la nourriture qu’on achète sur place je lui est expliqué en disant que c’est pas de la nourriture mais de la crème et des médicaments et je ne peux pas marcher mais la personne de l’accueil a été désagréable

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. I really liked the sapphire pool.
Nothing to mention really, except I got stuck in a lift that malfunctioned on my first day but it was no one's fault. The manager was very apologetic and arranged for free coffee.

De locatie is top, en de meeste personeelsleden ook, ik heb enkel problemen gehad met het onthaal, dat ze zogezegd maar 1 kamer vrij hadden, uiteindelijk met het management waren er nog 10 kamers vrij maar wouden die van de lobby me gewoon niet verplaatsen.
