Good location but terribly loud AC unit and subpar breakfast.

Cons:

The AC was terribly loud, so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep at night. That was inconvenient because we’d wake up too hot to turn it back on to lower the temp. Was not able to sleep comfortably. We were also given the room right next to the pool, so privacy and quiet was limited. Breakfast was extremely busy, I suggest they extend the hours because there were too many of us trying to eat at the same time and many people would end up with no table or chair to sit at. The food options were very scarce too…. Very few options to choose from

Not a good trip.
Pros:

17710 Panama city beach, 224 when we arrive at the front desk, at check in we was given the room 224 so when me and my wife got to the room it was a double queen beds in the room and the floor was dirty, we reserved a king bed room, also there was no phone in the room, and not only to find out the refrigerator didn't work, and when we went back down to the front desk and told them we reserved a king side bed room, they stated I'm sorry that's not the room on the reservation, but I'm sorry there nothing we can do about. Over all this was a horrible stay for us, this was suppose to be our honeymoon and birthday stay it was not good.

Amazing planning again
Pros:

I enjoyed the fact that soon as got off elevator my room right across hall, I was able to check in early wasn't disturbed only thing would have made change which maybe if I was earlier would have had more of chance for the breakfast it was usually all gone or almost and not enough room for sitting and having it in area design for it had to take back to room or my vehicle
