The front desk person was very helpful and professional
The water was not hot enough
Was a great place to stay! Even after a hurricane, I was still taken care of by the amazing staff. They made sure my visit was comfortable and to my liking!
The only letdown would be the gym facility. Was hoping to lift some weights, but only found treadmills and cycling equipment.
I'm local, and because of the storm I was without power. I decided to book here for a night trying to escape a house with no power, internet, or cell reception. When I arrived I discovered that there was no power here either. I'm not sure why they were still taking bookings but they were. When I tried to cancel and get a refund because I had just booked it 20 minutes earlier, I was told that I did not choose the right cancel button. I sent an email and tried to get in touch to ask for an exception due to circumstances, but has still not heard back anything. Looks like it's $175 down the drain. Maybe they'll do the right thing and refund me, but I don't know.

For the rate we received, we expected to find some areas that needed some work, but we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The staff was quick to meet all our needs, and we never had to worry about safety.

Without electricity 2 full days. No A/C, no hot water. Walk up to 3rd floor, no elevator. Handicapped 79 y/o male w/ 75 y/o spouse. One tough stay. Wyndham should provide generators for emergencies like this. Panama

Staff was phenomenal and so helpful during the hurricane. They tried to talk to guests who had never experienced weather like this and calm their fears.

The room was not clean my daughter scratched her leg stains on sheets rusted tub we asked for a cancellation asked for a refund the lady said the GM would give me a call still haven’t received any calls
