The location
The front desk staff, especially the night manager was not professional, definitely not for a 5 star hotel. You better see the cctv at around 6:10am, May 27. There was some amount discrepancy on the receipt during the check-out, and I requested the explanation for it. The initial staff member who helped me said I didn’t owe anything to them and I could go. But the issue was not that I owed to them but they owed to me 23 dollars based on the receipt. In all, I am very disappointed in the management and their staff training, essentially the attitude of the night manager.
PS, I stayed at the room 637, go to the that hallway, the stinky smell was unbearable, even though getting better when we left.
Our room was close to subway and very noisy

The hotel location is great, very central for many attractions. We just had a few things that weren’t up to the usual standards that we get from Intercontinental hotels. The free water within our room was not replenished daily as it should have been, the hotel lacked space inside, with only having one bar / restaurant there wasn’t much choice, and indeed during our last two days staying, we could not access the bar / restaurant at all due to a private event, which was disappointing as we had to go to another hotel to get a drink. All in all, although the location is excellent, the hotel is lacking somewhat compared to the many Intercontinental hotels I’ve stayed in around the world. Also, we opted for the continental breakfast on one of the days, so basically a cappuccino, some fruit and a croissant it is cost $115 (£82) which was ridiculous

Charged $1200 for a room l had already paid for then told l have to wait up to 72 hours for the refund... very poor.
A very professionally run and friendly hotel. A great base for business and exploring the city. Its my home from home.
I had dinner with my mom, for mothers day, and Eddie, surprised my Mom with a rose and a mothers day card. So beautiful.

im a top tayer with them thay did an upgret from clasic to premium witch is the same size only a hi floor on line its 50us more (dosent worth it)
the room was so small i coudent even open my suit comfortly
brackfast buffet is continental brackfest very basic
after 3-4 nights you get boring.. (you cant priper your egs) be awere for 50us brackfast inc tax
the price is to hi for this kind of room
its look like crown plaza not intercontinental (need a renovation)
it will take them a lot for mi to come back to this hotel
