The room offered a modern, tidy, and cosy atmosphere with high-quality linens ensuring a good night’s sleep.

Situated in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the hotel provides easy access to all nearby attractions right from its doorstep.

As is common in Vietnam, drinking water isn’t complimentary beyond the two free bottles provided. Refills aren’t available, so you’ll need to purchase new bottles from the hotel’s F&B or nearby shops.

Highly recommended for good location.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to places of interest. There is absolutely no need to follow any tour as it is easy to get around freely. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like it that my room was next door to their engineering department. The room is quiet but I made me a little uncomfortable.

A few things didn't function at all
Safe was not working, and repair took a while
Awful smell in the hotel, esp top floors
I asked for a taxi to the airport, middle in the night there was one, a shabby one (probably connection from the receptionist). Half way the car stopped funtioning, thus waiting at 2 am for another friend, with an even more smelly car, with a driver who couldn't read any
traffic signs and took wrong turns at the airport (not listening to my advice). Top of the bill was an argument about the fixed price. I just stop here
