Nicht das letzte Mal!
Pros:

Auch der zweite Aufenthalt war wieder super. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität sämtlicher Mitarbeiter im Service. Wunderschöne Hotelbar und der charmante Ortskern in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Очень уютный, красивый отель, расположен в живописном месте. Все в пешей доступности. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный персонал, большие, чистые номера, отличный спа и хороший выбор блюд на завтрак и ужин. Хочется еще сюда вернуться.

Robuster Charme mit Höhen und Tiefen
Pros:

Abendessen war sehr gut. Rührei beim Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag.
Sehr guter und informierender Empfang / Rezeption.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer (direkt unter dem Dach) - Zimmer war sehr warm (30 Grad Außentemperatur).
Die Servicequalität beim Personal war sehr unterschiedlich - einige sehr gute und bemühte Mitarbeiter, der Großteil war jedoch eher durchschnittlich und einige Mitarbeiter, die nicht bereit für den Service an Gästen sind.

Tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Wir kommen seit 5 Jahren mind. 1x im Jahr zum Entspannen hierher.
Der Spa ist wirklich super, das Hotel ist sehr schön, der Empfang freundlich. Wir hatten dieses Mal größere Zimmer gebucht, jetzt haben wir alles einmal durch (von klein bis gross), die Zimmer sind top.

Cons:

Man merkt, dass über die Jahre hier und da mehr und mehr gespart wird. Als wir das erste Mal herkamen war das Frühstücksbuffet umfassender, es gab größere Auswahl, jeder Tisch hat Organgensaft bekommen. Das ist weggefallen. Auch im Spa ist man zögerlich mit der Ausgabe von Aufgussmitteln, die Kaffeemaschine ist weggefallen. Der Bettaufdeckservice funktioniert auch nicht mehr. Dafür ist das Gästeaufkommem höher, da haben die Liegen am Pool aber nicht mitgehalten. Es lohnt sich noch immer sehr, herzukommen, man ist nur schon Einiges gewohnt.
