Aire acondicionat habitació no anava massa bé
Stanza piccola , pulita , ma il letto faceva un rumore assurdo, non si può pagare una cifra simile e trovarsi un letto con materasso che appena ti giri fa rumori assurdi. Delusi veramente . Personale alla reception molto gentile

We didn’t like that the hotel wanted to charge €20 to use an umbrella around the pool in 35 degrees heat. Hotel felt a bit tired and unloved.

Es un hotel viejo. A tal punto que un día nos despertamos con un ruido de agua y era que caía del pasillo. No es un 4 estrellas. Te cobran hasta por un toallon de la pileta. La ubicación no está buena porque no es nada cerca del centro. Tenes que ir en auto. El personal muy poco amable

La piscina ben tenuta e la gentilezza e onnipresenza del personale la posizione facilmente raggiungibile.
La ragazza del turno pomeridiano , nel periodo del nostro soggiorno, sempre molto gentile, solare e affabile, già conosciuta nella nostra precedente visita.
Riferito al turno di mattina nei giorni del soggiorno, ci sentiamo di citare un vecchio proverbio: Lecito chiedere cortese rispondere.
Una risposta negativa ad una richiesta può essere negata, ma sempre con i dovuti modi. Noi l'abbiamo presa per una giornata storta...ma nei rapporti con il cliente...si può dare risposte negative in modo cortese.
