Piscina grandissima con bar vicino, camere pulite e spaziose, personale cordiale e tranquillità nelle ore notturne.
L’utilizzo della piscina non è possibile gratuitamente il giorno del check out, peccato perché avremmo voluto usufruirne prima della partenza senza dover pagare, una cifra non da poco tra l’altro.

Localização, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários muito atenciosos.

Le parc à l'arrière avec les oliviers, le petit déjeuner complet salé et sucré, même si ce ne sont pas des ingrédients haut de gamme (dommage d'ailleurs encore pour un 4 étoiles ) , pas très loin de lecce mais demande un véhicule
L'hôtel mérite un bon rafraîchissement de façade et à l'intérieur, robinet de salle de bain qui bougeait, trace de plâtre sur la tapisserie de la salle de bain, trace jaunâtres sur le plafond de la chambre), aucun personnel n'a parlé français ( même si c'est aussi à nous de nous adapter, un hôtel 4 étoiles doit avoir un réceptionniste avec cette capacité à mon humble avis ) , le spa ( jacuzzi hammam demande un supplément de 30 euros par personne et n'est pas compris dans le prix )

Pas de climatisation dans les couloirs dommage aussi.
Je trouve qu'il fait plus hôtel 2 étoiles au final.
Le personnel d’étage, la décoration des hall, l’espace et le jardin très bien entretenu.
Un emplacement en dehors de la ville qui permet de bien se reposer.
Le petit déjeuner aurait mérité des jus de fruits frais et et plus de produits locaux. Par ailleurs, le personnel était souvent distant, trop prompt a enlever les couverts.
L’absence de piscine extérieure fonctionnelle.
La décoration des chambres un peu vieillissante.
We were in the hotel for one night with the heat wave in full swing. Arrived early and went to the pool (extra.charge with discount for the guests).Nice clean green area, with separate bar with drinks, food and ice cream, separate changing room and toilets, all very clean.The room was ready promptly and air co ditionning was working, clean spacious room.Veey quiet and pleasant.Nice breakfast.Helpful staff.
Estaba cerca del centro historico
Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Sólo nos pusieron toallas para una persona. El calor en el hotel era insufrible.
En recepción sólo había una persona que sólo hablaba italiano, y que se solía ausentar
It was a good location for getting in and out of Lecce
The staff were not very friendly and welcoming. Being charged for a towel round the pool and for a pool umbrella was not acceptable.
