Cons:

You should check your rooms for black mold. This is a fungi that grows in poorly ventilated places with high humidity. All my thing including clothes, cables, computer phone, make up ect have that disgusting smell of mildew. Not a pleasant experience ...

Need maintenance
Pros:

The hotel had a very good location. The cleaning staff were very nice. The room was very spacious and I had a nice view.

Cons:

The hotel needs an upkeep as it is not meeting the hyatt standard. Its well below. The tall gentleman atvthe reception was not the friendliest.
On the day of my check out I went out early in the morning and came back well before my check out time and I was locked out of my room. Housekeeping came and could not open, supervisor came, still nothing. Finally maintenance came with a laptop and manages to open. I was locked standing outside my room door for 30 minutes during all this rucus. They say a battery problem.
Upon check i noticed my security lock was also broken and didn't work.
This hotel needs major maintenance.
