It was close to our destination
The dirty crumbing pull out couch that the staff did not remedy. The hole in the wall, the loud rattling air conditioner, the broken bathroom light, but mostly that I reached out to the hotel individually and they never responded.
Breakfast was typical of most hotels with basic breakfast offerings. Adequate.

The shower was very poor, shower head needs to be cleaned. Maid service was spotty, 1 day out of five. Room was very small, if we had to spend much time in this room we would have gone crazy

The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. But I enjoyed the air conditioning. It did not take away from my experience.
Location and size of room/room layout were great! Nice decor
Beds were kind of comfortable/ kind of uncomfortable. Laundry service was not available as listed (looked like machines were out of order) and we had to find a laundromat to do our laundry which cut into our rest that we expected for the stay.
We were checked into a dirty room. We were then moved to another room. They never came up to clean the room and we were there from Friday until Monday. We had to ask multiple times for basic service.
