Dezamăgitor, m-am simțit ca la o demipensiune cu cantină socială!
Pros:

Personalul amabil si foarte empatic, hotelul foarte aproape de plajă, si faptul că in fiecare zi ni s-au făcut paturile în cameră si s-au schimbat prosoapele la baie.

Cons:

⚠️⚠️⚠️Mâncare fără gust.....nu prea aveai ce alege,un meniu simplu nu prea diversficat, spaghete goale fără un sos,orez cu legume,carne de pui. Cârnați si peste fript cam de 2 ori am prins in 5 zile.......același mic dejun zi de zi. Nu am avut un ou ochi, puțină omletă sau o clătită. Ca si dulciuri s-au servit doar fursecuri cu gem (ca la poamană) si un cozonac foarte uscat cu puțin toping (aproape inexistent) si înghețată la caserolă. Pentru a putea servi din dulciuri care se serveau o data in zi ca si gustare la ora 16:00 trebuia să stai la o coadă extrem de lungă de aproximativ o oră unde exista posibilitatea să numai prinzi nimic. Ca si fructe doar pepene roșu, mere,si portocală. In 5 zile de sejur o dată s-a servit banane ca si fruct diferit, si fructe de mare o singură dată midiiiii atât. Nu am văzut un cartof prăjit, o felie de pizza sau vreun mini sandviș asa cum arata pe broșură hotelului !!! Numai vorbesc de un foietaj sau de un dulce mai aparte!!!!!!!!

Pot să spun ca restaurantul a fost ok,mâncarea bună ,desertul bun ; cu curățenia din dormitor și baie ar trebui mai insistat ca cam lasă de dorit,apoi prosoapele și cearceafurile cam uita să le schimbe.In rest totul este OK.Personalul ok.

Sajnos nem volt jó nyaralás – elavult hotel és csalódást keltő kiszolgálás

Nagy lehetőség van a hotelben, de jelenleg nincs kihasználva
A hotel maga minden adottsággal rendelkezik ahhoz, hogy kiváló hely legyen, de sajnos a lehetőségei nincsenek teljes mértékben kihasználva – emiatt az értékelésem is gyengébb lett, mint amit a hely benyomása alapján érdemelne.
A kül- és beltéri medencék teljesen tökéletesek, a helyszín elhelyezkedése pedig kifejezetten jó és könnyen megközelíthető. Sokkal több van ebben a hotelben, remélem, a jövőben jobban kiaknázzák a benne rejlő lehetőségeket!

Cons:

A hotel maga jó adottságokkal rendelkezne, de sajnos minden rendkívül elavult és elhanyagolt.
Ami kifejezetten zavaró volt:
Szoba és tisztaság: A szoba koszos és igénytelen volt, több helyen rozsdát és penészt találtunk. Az ágyak borzalmasan kényelmetlenek. Az erkélyeken egyáltalán nincs privát szféra.
Infrastruktúra: A 9. emeleten voltunk, ahová csak két lifttel lehetett feljutni, de a liftek folyamatosan megálltak és akadoztak. Az ajtók nehezen záródtak kulccsal, és a folyosón éjszaka folyamatosan csapkodták őket, ami miatt aludni sem lehetett.
Személyzet és visszajelzés: A személyzet hozzáállása volt a legrosszabb élmény. Egy-két kivételtől eltekintve még angolul sem akartak megszólalni, semmi mosoly vagy reakció nem érkezett, amikor köszöntünk vagy megköszöntünk valamit. Egyik este biliárdozás közben halk éneklésért is azonnal ránk szóltak, hogy „ez itt nem szokás”.
Étel: Az ételválaszték rendkívül szegényes volt.

Összességében sajnos egyáltalán nem éreztük jól magunkat, nem ajánljuk a helyet.
