Любезен и усмихнат персонал, като се започне от рецепцията на хотела до обслужващия персонал в ресторанта.Хубава храна в ресторанта и чисти басейни.Бих го посетила отново.

Много тясна баня в стаята в която пребивавах.Паяжини зад хладилника, когато го издърпах,за да го включа.

Персоналът е изключително любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне с каквото е необходимо. Храната беше разнообразна, прясна и много вкусна – всеки ден имаше богат избор от ястия, салати, десерти и напитки. Всичко беше приготвено с внимание и качество, което рядко се среща. Стаите са чисти, удобни и добре поддържани, а хигиената в целия хотел е на отлично ниво. Басейнът и общите части също бяха безупречни и създаваха усещане за комфорт и спокойствие.

Fiyat/Kalite dengesi mükemmel, Yemekler fiyatına göre yeterli seviyede, her saat karnınızı doyuracak bir şeyler mevcut. Sıcak havuz ve SPA seven insanlar için ideal bir otel.

Cons:

İlk defa köpek görmüş gibi davranan 18 yaşlarında erkek Ukraynalı personel. Köpeği bilerek korkutmaya çalışıyor.

Piscina interioara cu apa f calda, bună, copii au fost încântati🎉
Mobilierul un pic învechit, dar are totusi 3 stele... Mâncarea nu f variată, dar ne-am găsit fiecare ceva sa ne placă, la fiecare masa.
Pt iubitorii si posesorii de animale de companie, hotelul permite cazarea împreună cu acestia😁

Faptul că curățenia în camere varza... gândaci in camera am găsit inclusiv puricii...faptul că degeaba încălzești piscina daca nu faci o igezinare a ei...salteaua de la pat rupta am dormit efectiv într-o rana...dar na la prețul acesta nu ai pretenții prea mari...

Бяхме в хотела в края на май,извън сезона. Приятно ни изненада живата музикав ресторанта в събота и неделя! Беше чисто, чиста беше и водата в затопления вътрешен басей. Хареса ни сауната и парната баня. Храната не беше много разнообразна, но беше вкусна. Хотелът е разположен близо до плажа. Отлично съотношение на цена и качество. Препоръчвам.

Cons:

Водата във вътрешния басейн беше прекалено топла според мен и не ставаше за плуване, а само да се натопи човек.Трябва да се съобразява температурата на басейна с температурата на въздуха навън.
