Ideal for our 1 overnight stop on our journey
A bit isolated from a local town and its restaurants
Nothing
We left without staying for the night. Room smelled, restaurant was closed and we hadn't been informed after checking on booking that it would be open.
I emailed the hotel of our disappointment and received what I think was a patronising response which laid the blame on me, as the client, for the condition we found at the hotel.
I am not prepared to waste any more time communicating about the situation. Should you wish you could check the correspondence with the hotel.

The place is very clean and has spacious parking. The rooms are also very comfortable.

Entra mucha luz por las mañanas en las habitaciones expuestas al sol y las cortinas no opacan del todo la luz.
Está lejos de Haro y es difícil conseguir un taxi. Casi imprescindible usar tu propio vehículo siempre.
Personal atento, habitaciones limpias, parking privado gratuito en la entrada.
Está a las afueras de Haro, en coche son unos 7-8min. Al estar en el polígono, se escuchan bastantes camiones pasando.
La comodidad de la cama, la limpieza y el personal.

Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed so had to travel into Haro.

Room quite dated ,no coffee in room ,room was very warm on arrival and took an extremely long time to cool . Restaurant closed until 30 th June ,advertised on your page as open !!, very expensive for a very basic room and no facilities.We booked this hotel at a high price on the understanding and advertised restaurant,then to find it was closed and also noticed on booking .com that the rate for the date we stayed was reduced drastically,after us paying premium for this hotel .
