La propiedad no esta tan cerca de Termini como lo promocionan. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Limpio.

Cons:

El trato del personal de recepción, la desorganización que tienen. Avisé por Mail por mensajes de booking que llegaba a la madrugada por atraso del vuelo, nunca contestaron, llegué a la madrugada y me dicen que se había cancelado la reserva, estuve 1 hora esperando lo resuelvan, otra vez en el desayuno, que no tenía desayuno, te paran como si fueras delincuente, hasta que lo resolvieron, en fin, situaciones como esas, varias! Conclusión: son desorganizados.

Cómoda y tranquila
Pros:

No había ruído por la noche, por lo que se podía descansar muy bien. Tenía cerca estaciones de metro para ir hacia el centro. Respecto al desayuno no puedo opinar porque no lo probé.

Cons:

No es una zona muy transitada por la noche, parece tranquila, pero no como para que una persona vaya sola de noche por esa zona porque apenas te cruzas con gente.

Safe and clean for rome that is important
Pros:

Good price compared to other places. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly

Cons:

No internet for two daysand wasn't resolved before we left. Bar not available till 6.30pm. Free water day 1 only

Buona soluzione vicino alla stazione Termini
Pros:

Camere pulite, staff gentile, pulizia della camera, camere silenziose

Cons:

Materassi morbidi, il rapporto qualità prezzo è forse da rivedere (se a prezzo pieno), la posizione decentralizzata vicino alla stazione termini non è il massimo anche se la zona è tranquilla e sicura
