Pros:

petit déjeuner correct , chambre confortable , propre

Je trouve cela assez choquant que quasiment personne à l'accueil ne parle l'anglais et surtout ne cherche a aider le client excepté un monsieur , sinon ben débrouillez vous

Veel gemakken en hoge kwaliteit.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel voor de prijs. Zeer compleet, zelfs wasmachines waar je gratis gebruik van kan maken.

Cons:

Het zwembad is sfeerloos en het water is niet verwarmd. Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar Engels is beperkt. Het personeel van het restaurant mag iets meer getraind worden op westerse verwachtingen. Wij kregen de eerste keer onze voor en hoofdgerecht tegelijk. De volgende keer hadden ze alvast het hoofdgerecht van een van ons alvast gebracht want het soepje kostte meer tijd te maken. Wij konden hier wel om lachen, maar het concept voor-, hoofd- en nagerecht is duidelijk onbekend. Tenslotte was ons kamer prachtig, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, behalve een kast om je kleding in te leggen. Wij moesten een week lang uit ons koffer leven.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, clean, and spacious, making it very comfortable to relax in. The shower and toilet were also excellent and well-maintained. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked fantastic. The complimentary laundry machines were a great bonus and added extra convenience to our stay.

Cons:

The location was decent, with food options nearby. While it’s not too far from the MRT, the final stretch can feel a bit tiring after a long day on your feet.

L'hôtel est bien placé, mais l'attitude du personnel à la réception est à améliorer impérativement.
Pros:

L'emplacement était très bien, proche d'un métro et d'un shopping mall où on trouve de nombreux restaurants.

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception est peu aimable et non arrangeante.

Ubicacion, pisci, detalles en la hab.

Cons:

Que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado por fuera de epoca y tremenda calor hacia. No veo bien pagues por la prestacion y no tenerla, aunque lo compensen con detalles.

Отремонтируйте лифт и улучшите ассортимент завтрака.
Pros:

Отель в целом хорош, завтрак однотипный,каждый день одно и тоже.

Cons:

Снимаю звезды за то что кнопка вызова лифта сильно бьет током, так себе удовольствие. Несколько раз обращались на рецепшен но вопрос не был снят.
