Old TV and decorder not working, broken remote, not that clean particularly the bathroom. Visible lack of maintenance for a 5 star hotel.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super !
Pros:

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war Mega schön. Auch die Betten waren bequem und das Bad schön groß aufgeteilt.

Der Pool ist sehr schön und wirklich richtig groß.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Lage könnte noch etwas besser sein, man läuft immer ca 15 Minuten bis zur nächsten BTS Station.

Die Zimmer sind natürlich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man sieht dass alles gegeben wird, dass man noch das Beste raus holt.

Pros:

Good, tasty breakfasts. A nice pool. A pretty good view of the city from the balcony.

Cons:

The hotel itself is quite old and run-down. The rooms aren't cleaned well and are dirty (stains on the tables, dust). The room has a kitchen, but there isn’t a single knife, fork, or frying pan - if you’re traveling with a child and want to cook for them yourself, forget about it. The blinds on the windows don’t work. Phone chargers fall out of the outlets because they’re loose.

Trotz kleine Mängel sind wir zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Flair erhalten. Die Angestellten sind nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders hat uns die neue Kaffeeautomaten gefallen, welche vor 2 Jahren noch nicht geben.

Cons:

Die tägliche Obstauslage könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Jeden Tag die gleiche Sorte bei den vielfältigen Saison ist doch langweilig .
Der Zugang zu dem gebuchten Balkon zum Poolblick wurde versperrt und man müsste schriftlich unterschreiben, dass man nichts aus dem Balkon runter wirft. Wozu hat man den Balkon gebucht?
Die Luft in dem kleinen Zimmer ist stickig und schweratmig, da man das Fenster nicht öffnen und kippen könnte.

Pros:

A very pleasant stay with a spacious and well furnished apartment, a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The breakfasts were good, the pool was nice, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I also really appreciated the good food market right next to the hotel.

Cons:

the sun loungers by the pool were often occupied, and the corridor leading to the pool + pool area could use some improvement. Overall, a good stay, but some details don’t quite match the 5-star standard.
