Lovely hotel, would definately stay again!
Pros:

It’s a great location for exploring Kent attractions, you don’t have to be a horse racing or golf fan to stay here. The hotel and amenities were great, what we ate at the restaurant was yummy but what really made it memorable was how lovely the staff were. We received wonderful customer service at this Marriott!

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Great location, but room looking worn/ tired for charge applied
Pros:

Hotel is great location for stay over after Horse race meeting.
Staff very helpful and nice breakfast.

Cons:

Prime locations attract a premium cost which is fair enough. But, room was looking tired paint work and wear marks to furniture and very slow shower. Not convinced worth what charged

Nice helpful staff, a little pricey food, and rooms and halls tired.
Pros:

We dud bit have breakfast and seems not cheap . However, it seems the quality was very goood.

Cons:

Not big on Racecourses, bathroom, was the size of a ladies shoebox, and really should have a sliding door. Although the rooms were a good size, are well overdue and refit, as they look like something from 70s . Where her sister hotels in America have had their long overdue refits.

Pros:

Our room was very large , had a beautiful view overlooking race course. Food was amazing. Staff was amazing especially bar staff.
