I couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay.
Pros:

The location couldn't be better for Lingfield racecourse and I had a beautiful view of the track from my bedroom. The food was excellent and the staff did everything they could to make me welcome and enjoy my stay.

Cons:

There's not one thing worth mentioning, it was all good.

Nice stay but not my idea of 4 star
Pros:

The staff were all very helpful
Room was clean and tidy on arrival

Cons:

Needs a refurb.
Our original room was right next to golf club bar and we were not given any previous advice re possible noise (World Cup football matches being shown)
We were moved to another room when requested
The card machines were down on arrival and it took nearly half an hour (after a gruelling 9 hour drive) waiting for back up card readers to arrive so we could get our room.
When I asked on the 2nd night if we could book drinks to the room was told that system was down.
Felt sorry for the staff not having the equipment fit for the job. Even the computer at breakfast wasn’t working either.
