You kind of get what you’re paying for…
Pros:

It was a cheap room, the bed was comfortable enough

Cons:

The shower looked very old and there was rust in the bath tub and it looked dirty. It looked like the half renovated the room and left the old bathtub/shower area. I wouldn’t shower in there.
The staff never told us anything about the included breakfast and it never looked like it was open.

Terrible
Cons:

There was blood on the duvet, no soap to wash your hands with. The bathtub had black mold around it. Not happy. We walked in and walked out

Definitely not going back. Not worth staying here, even for the low cost. No pictures needed.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit ran all night on high and reduced the temperature by 5 degrees F. The pillows were awful, the sheets and duvet cover were stained, the tub grout was disgusting, no plug in in bathroom, the ceiling was disjointed and looked like it was falling in, no elevator, the parking lot was not plowed, the paint was peeling off the ceiling in several areas. Wi Fi didn’t work.
