The venue was very decent, clean, and well-organized for the special occasion.A special shoutout to Mr. Wes, who went completely above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The restaurant exceeded expectations with fresh, delicious meals and attentive service. The conference facilities were equally impressive: well organised, equipped with everything we needed, and ideal for a productive event.

Very nice place and super professional staff especially gym department.
Training halls were excellent and well arranged.
But Kindly change your television sets in rooms to match the market.
The ones available are old fashioned with no YouTube and WiFi.

Hosted a intensive 5-day corporate event for Sidian Bank at this property while staying as an overnight guest, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.The conference facilities are truly top-notch. For a grueling five-day schedule, having a meeting room that was spacious, well-aerated, and bathed in natural light was critical for keeping our team energized. The audio-visual equipment worked flawlessly without a single technical glitch, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was rock-solid throughout the week a critical must-have for our live banking presentations. The catering team deserves a special mention; the coffee breaks and buffet lunches over the 5 days were diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious.What truly elevated our multi-day event from great to flawless was the incredible staff. Manager Wesley went above and beyond during the planning phases, ensuring all our custom room setups and tight schedules for Sidian Bank were accommodated without any friction. Throughout the entire five days, Kala and Denis provided standout service on the floor. They were hyper-responsive, professional, and anticipated our technical and hospitality needs before we even had to ask.As for the accommodation, my room was immaculate, incredibly quiet, and featured a very functional workspace. After long days of meetings, the premium bedding provided a fantastic night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to any corporate entity planning a multi-day event or traveling for business
