Bra standard på hotellet och bra utbud på frukosten.
Det verkar som personalen glömmer vad de lovat. Vi behövde t ex påminna om handukar och när vi blivit lovade tidig frukost hade restaurangpersonalen glömt det...inkl att vi hade bokat och betalt för frukost.
My stay was comfortable and staff very polite
Very good variety available. Helpful staff at breakfast. Other meals poor. Steak tough over cooked. Hamburger meat cold chips warm.
Had to ask to clean room floor feet black after walking around. Meals took forever to come and quality very disappointing. One meal not charged. Asked for water as none I room. Also asked fir Do not disturb sign 3 times never got.

The ambiance of the hotel, the design and beauty of it all. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is expensive, but given the fact that it has a lot to offer, it is good value for money. Also the pool closes at 8pm.

For many years when I come to Nairobi I stay in this hotel and regard it my home in Kenya. The most friendly people, cosy and clean rooms, good place for meetings, good spa and food in the restaurant. My friends ask why I chose this hotel when there are plenty newer and bigger in the city. I love it - is what I answer. Asante.
