He is an absolute star! Managing the diverse dietary requirements of international delegates over multiple days can be challenging, but Wesley executed a flawless culinary operation. From perfectly timed eco-friendly coffee breaks to rich, sustainable menus featuring fresh local Kenyan produce, every meal was exceptional. Wesley was on the floor constantly, leading his team with immense professionalism, anticipating our schedule shifts, and personally ensuring every delegate felt welcomed. His elite leadership, attention to detail, and genuine warmth embody the very best of Kenyan hospitality. My stay was enjoyable and comfortable, the staf were welcoming and ready to assist making me feel valued throughout my stay. The food was good,the location was good and near my meetings. The manager Fridah and Benard were the few that could remember that were exceptionally nice and warm. I had a pleasant stay and will come again and recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Duncan and manager Friday were of great help arranging for an excursion for me. Good restaurant and coffee shop. Good location within short taxi drive to the city centre. The stay was good although the room was small.

Over the course of two stays at the Heron Hotel Nairobi, I offer a full throated recommendation. The physical environment was safe, clean and amenable; for instance, I requested repairs on a chair, the staff fixed it quickly which was appreciated.

Further, the greatest asset of the hotel is its staff. Employees provided consistent friendly and caring service. They truly worked hard to make sure that diverse groups of travelers, including my colleagues and I, had a good visit to Nairobi. I marveled at their kind and professional demeanor as working in the hospitality industry can be difficult. Their hard work helped to make my stay comfortable.

So here is a special "shout out" to Joy, Wesley, all of the Front Desk staff, Chef Baker & the Kitchen Staff (big hello to the morning egg chefs), the Spa Workers, Cafe & Gift Shop ladies, Cleaners, Facilities department (including the gym staff) and Laundry Crew - thank you all!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent hotel facilities - good restaurant and coffee shop and a small shop for essentials. Pool, gym and spa at
extra cost. Good location within short taxi drive to city centre (Bolt and Uber very cheap). Lots of places to sit and relax. Excellent wifi and internet access. Fridge in room. Shower with constant hot water.
