RENOVATION From June 30, 2025 to September 30, 2025, Loews Atlanta Hotel will undergo an exciting lobby transformation, resulting in a refreshed lobby design, as well as a new signature restaurant and bar. During this time, dining services will be relocated and will offer limited menus. We anticipate noise to take place weekdays from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Visited the lobby bar every day of my stay and had exceptional service from the whole staff, who provided great drinks, food, service, and atmosphere for my family and myself. We're a varied age range, and we all enjoyed ourselves every day. The service was particularly great from Hannah S, who was our cocktail waitress every day. She remembered us and welcomed us back warmly, and even remembered drink preferences. We had many choices of bars and restaurants to watch the World Cup games, but services from your staff and people like Hannah are what kept us coming back. She's a great server!
Great experience at the lobby bar! We're staying at the hotel, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. Hannah S. was the highlight of our trip! She was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and checked on us regularly. If you’re lucky enough to have Hannah as your server, you’re in great hands!

As a Truist member visiting for the FIFA World Cup games, I had another wonderful stay at the Loews Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Jaris, who once again made a lasting impression. She kindly assisted me with my bags and held the door, all while wearing the warmest smile. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality truly make guests feel welcomed and valued.I also loved my room , it was clean, comfortable, and the complimentary robes were a thoughtful touch that made my stay feel even more luxurious.My only suggestion would be to expand the room service menu with more variety and options. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Overall, I had another amazing experience at Loews and look forward to staying here again. A special thank you to Jaris for consistently providing exceptional service that goes above and beyond!
Im a Truist account holder and I’m visiting for the second time to enjoy the Argentina game this time. I was greeted by Jaris once again with a warm smile. . I did take an Uber this time and she assisted me with my door and helped with luggage upon arrival. She also assisted me when we were headed to the game. I do wish the bar had more reasonable prices but overall it was an excellent experience once again.

Had such an amazing experience a Loews. What made the difference was check in! We were helped by Gustavo, he made it so easy, even offered early check in since we were traveling a few hours. He really made the start of the trip a huge success. Thank you Gustavo and whole Loewes crew

The hotel is very well located in the trendy Midtown neighbourhood, short walk to several restaurant/cafe options and the park. Modern hotel with all the amenities you would hope for, comfortable beds and big bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice bar downstairs and friendly staff.
The only let down was the disconnect with the porter when we had to change our rooms, we waited over 30 minutes for our suitcases to join us at our new room. Would have been quicker for us to just take our bags with us.
