It was clean, plenty of space, close to what we wanted to do

Cons:

Very nice stay for Dollywood.super nice for the money
Pros:

Nice place for the value. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Staff was super friendly.

Pros:

I hated it!! Walked right into the building and walked out. Terrible and dirty. Requested a refund because of me not staying there bc of cleanliness and they denied it. Don’t stay here!

Sorry excuse for a hotel
Pros:

Location was bad
Lots of noise since it was right on a corner lot

Cons:

Found dead bugs in the floor, and black something inside the mattress cover and stains. Plus a leftover piece of lingerie behind a piece of furniture . We demanded a refund and stayed at another hotel .

Worth the price! i was looking for budget stay and i had a budget experience lol

Accessibility to the center

Cons:

noisy coz its along the street, not allowed to bring out food from the kitchen, like when i plan to bring my kids breakfast in the room because she is still sleeping but we are not allowed. Breakfast is typical scrambled watery egg. nO pool

Not a hotel we would be returning back to.
Pros:

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Price was right for the quality & location. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms needed to be updated. Tile in bathroom. Decent towels, lobby not attractive, elevator old and dirty. Hotel rooms too close to Main Street; too noisy.
