It was close to everything you need
It was good for $200 for 3 nights
Whatever was in the hotel, it caused me to have a itchy reaction. Like really bad. And a welt on my foot I had to go to urgent care for. I may also have to go back to the doctor due to the reactions. Parking is the worst too

The parking lot is not big enough, the elevator is kind of sketchy
Great location of all attractions and nearby towns. Gatlinburg was only 15 min drive away as well as Sevierville. Staff was super nice and attentive. Stayed with two babies and room accommodations were nice(fridge,microwave, tv).
Parking lot was tight and always packed, some furniture inside room was older and broken.elevator is outdated definitely needs to be updated. Property does not offer cribs like listed on booking.com

Location is easy to get into traffic to go anywhere and near the center of everything. Room was very clean and staff was really good, had the extra towels and washcloths brought to me quickly.
I liked our mountain view, and how tidy the place was when we got there. They brought new, clean towels frequently and always took away the dirty ones.
Didn't love the breakfast options, and there was always a line for breakfast, and only two waffle machines were in use the whole time.
