Nice hotel and grounds. Lovely staff. Room definitely needs some TLC
Pros:

Staff were great. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Room : Door to get in and out of the room extremely stiff and difficult to use.
Sliding door to the bathroom would not close which was unpleasant to say the least. The part of the slide that did work was very noisy which is not great if you have to get up in the night. The bed was also very noisy - loads of creaks and bumps. It was comfortable apart from that! Although we were provided with a clean shower mat, there was an old one in the shower itself when we got in the room. Made us wonder if the shower had been cleaned.

Pros:

Service was great, everyone was very nice and the dinner and breakfast were superb.

Cons:

The shower had very low pressure and ran out of hot water quickly. Also kind of funny there was a small wasp nest in the bathroom as the window was open. I got rid of it so no problem.

Pleasant wee night away.
Pros:

Loved the jacuzzi bath with tv for relaxing, bed was comfy.

Cons:

Room was a little cold, found additional heater in morning, if I had looked in the cupboard I'd have saw it.

Mother's day dinner
Pros:

Delicious food, great service, friendly staff, cosy atmosphere! I had a fantastic mother's day dinner here with my mother. Highly recommended!

Quiet and relaxing
Pros:

I could leave a long winded review that details all the quirky characteristics of the hotel, I could ramble on about how welcome I felt and how far the staff went to make my stay enjoyable or I could even bleat on about what a beautiful location the hotel is located in but I’ll just say that I would stay at the Glazert again in a heartbeat. I feel the hotel really has a handle on things. Every single staff member young and old were faultless. The menu was great and I’ve honestly never been so relaxed in a hotel.
