Found a few hairs in the towels, could hear people walking through the corridors and not the best breakfast selection.

Friendly staff who quickly found us a better room
Michelle at the front desk was amazing. So friendly and helpful. 10/10 for her. Plus the beautiful sofas in the front room were lovely to sit after a long day wandering around the sites. There was even board games and some books and magazines to read if you wanted.

The location was excellent and the room was comfortable; the breakfast was sufficient.
The air conditioning would continuously turn itself off, there is no in-house wi-fi you are required to use the public wi-fi which is not great and no streaming services on the TV. Staff not too concerned regarding my inquiries.
