Pros:

I enjoyed your buffet style of breakfast. My favorite is soup including lots of mushroom. It made me look forward to eating it.
Every staff was so kind that I spend my time with no stress.
To be honest, I cannot recall such a good hotel like you in my life, but I am twenty, that means, you know, there are chances to meet any other.
Anyway, I appreciate your hospitality and kindness. If I have an opportunity to go to Sydney, I will definitely stay at your hotel. I swear.

Cons:

I cannot find bad points at all.

また泊まりたい！
Pros:

ミュージアム駅から徒歩5分ほどで、免税店も近く目の前がhydeparkで早起きして散歩するのが最高でした。バス停も近かったので交通機関は揃ってました！
(ボンダイビーチにも一本で行けます♪)
下にご飯屋さんもあり、朝ごはんも美味しかったですし夜ご飯も比較的リーズナブルで美味しかったです！！

女子2人で寝るには十分な広さのベッドで、部屋はコンパクトでしたが私たちは特に不便さを感じなかったです。
セキュリティもきちんとしてるので安心でした

Cons:

部屋着がないのでパジャマ必須！

Sehr gut - wir würden es wieder buchen!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich.
Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Sie letzten beiden Tage war eine Schulklasse da, was den Geräuschpegel beim Frühstück sehr erhöht hat und es war sehr voll.
Aber auch das wurde vom Personal sehr gut gelöst.
Also eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

I had a very lovely stay, very relaxing and I thank you all for offering such great customer service experience.
Pros:

Everything was extremely clean, and of great quality. Staff were absolutely amazing! So helpful and friendly yet highly professional. From reception, to chef, to the ladies offering clean towels.. Definitely a great hotel, a place I would recommend and return without hesitation.

Cons:

Perhaps the lack of a bath, a microwave and a gym. And the size of the room. I wished it was a little more spacious to be honest. But still, it was very functional nonetheless.

Will stay every time I come to Sydney.
Pros:

The property is great. Comfortable beds, great buffet breakfast. It has what you need and the location is great. What makes Song Hotel amazing is the staff. They make it feel 5 star. The management to the cleaning staff are helpful and friendly. Everyone working at breakfast was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the food.

Cons:

Worth spending that bit extra for a balcony to get some airflow. One room we had was a little stuffy.

Great hotel, perfect location, amazing breakfast
Pros:

Great location, 3 minute walk from the underground train station ( which connects directly to the airport). Amazing breakfast, friendly staff. My room had a little fridge.
