The amount of money we paid for a deluxe spa room, you would think that we could relax d enjoy our break!!!!!😡
Pros:

The spa as that is what we wanted after a very stressful busy week.

Cons:

The extreme noise from the patrons down in the smoke are until 2am in the morning.
Yelling, screaming etc.

Everything was lovely, we will be back!
Pros:

Everything! Location, cleanliness, restaurant options, Sharks bar was great for teenagers was able to play pool while we watched footy.

Cons:

There was one staff member when we ordered our food at the bar. My husband was told earlier in the day that he can order pasta from the other restaurant and eat it with us in Sharkys bar, which he was happy about. When he went to order it that evening, the girl with brown headband was soooo rude! She said you cannot order it in the bar you will need to go to restaurant. So my husband ordered our food then he had to go to restaurant to order his pasta. Which they advised him he could have ordered in Sharkys bar. It eventually was sorted.

The O&A products in the bathroom are luxurious. So soft
Pros:

Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in, in accomodation. We’ve travelled all around the world and stayed in 5-6* hotels. The mattress was divine.
