Zero value for money
Pros:

The lady and the guy at the main gate(security) as well as the guy who escorted me to my room upon check in were the only welcoming staff.

Cons:

Receptionist Veronica was very mean to my sister as she wouldn’t let her take me to the room just to unpack my stuff claiming my sister had to pay just to visit me to the room. More over, I had to wait for my room to be ready even after arriving around 15:30pm.There were no towels in the room and upon asking, I was informed they were being cleaned .Loud music the entire 4 nights from next door club.

Pros:

El trato del personal fue impecable, muy atentos y pendiente de nosotros, siempre preguntándonos si necesitábamos algo o si todo estaba bien. La habitacion el mobiliario es algo viejo pero para ser kenia esta muy bien, habitacion limpia, tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo.

Cons:

Lo unico que puedo decir es que el bufet en la cena es bastabte escaso, solo habia dos opciones 1 de carne y 1 de pescado.
El desayuno muy muy básico.

Pros:

Alojamiento sencillo pero muy limpio y el personal muy amable, siempre que vengo a Mombasa me alojo aquí, todo esta al alcance en los alrededores!!! Precio relación calidad muy bueno! Zona tranquila para pasar unos dias d descanso!!!!

Pros:

Small yet cozy place.The staff were courteous and attentive. The place is walking distance from Carrefour. They also upgraded one of your rooms

Cons:

The greedy tuktuk drivers around the area better you check with the hotel first.

Beautiful hotel, great stay overall
Pros:

We liked the hotel room it was perfectly done, clean and comfortable, generally the room was beautiful, homely and stylish.
The staff were very experienced and the breakfast was good.
Special mention to Veronica.she made sure we had everything we needed.
The location is good too in the center of all amenities and a short distance to the beach, we were able to take walks around the hotel.
The experienced was an 8/10
We requested for late check out and the management was very helpful

Cons:

They gave us meals for half board, we only had to choose between 3 options for the 2 nights? We would have loved to have seafood and some other varieties, They should have given us a buffet for lunch and dinner too. The food variety was very limited

Nice hotel in very vaibing era in Mombasa
Pros:

It’s in the heart of Nyali best era in Mombasa , few steps away from the city mall and Al Capone lounge , but in the same time still feeling the holiday vibes next to the pool even without beach front … so good compared to the money value

Cons:

No beach front , a little bit old decoration for the room like the red drapes …. But still so good and clean ..

Pros:

The hotel is very close to a mall which is a big plus. The was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very quick in changing the room when we requested.

Cons:

The kitchen took forever to make an omelette for breakfast despite only two guests at the time. There was occasional noise from music and shouting in the early evening.
