Pros:

The staff were lovely and made attempts to make our stay comfortable. Pamela, Jackline and the security team were great.

Location is central.

Cons:

The hotel does not offer much for the price.

There is no ambiance or entertainment and it has a very small and tight space with limited greenery for outdoor seating.

It is located right behind a night club with poor sound proofing from the club making it very noisy throughout the night.

Low water pressure and problems with water heating.

Not appropriate for kids as it offers zero entertainment.

Nicely located by mall and al capone....nice restaurants

Cons:

my wife and I got sick not sure what cause the stomach ache.....we both ate the fish....

Great location and facilities for the price. Noise pollution next door a major downer!
Pros:

The location is as central as it gets in Mombasa. There are 3 major malls within walking distance and their hotel pool is magical too

Cons:

The ONLY thing I really was not prepared for was the club that joins them - The BIGGEST club in Mombasa. Was kept awake until 4am and cluld not sleep. A definite mood killer for me to return despite it being so perfectly situated. I hope they find a solution!

Zero value for money
Pros:

The lady and the guy at the main gate(security) as well as the guy who escorted me to my room upon check in were the only welcoming staff.

Cons:

Receptionist Veronica was very mean to my sister as she wouldn’t let her take me to the room just to unpack my stuff claiming my sister had to pay just to visit me to the room. More over, I had to wait for my room to be ready even after arriving around 15:30pm.There were no towels in the room and upon asking, I was informed they were being cleaned .Loud music the entire 4 nights from next door club.

Pros:

El trato del personal fue impecable, muy atentos y pendiente de nosotros, siempre preguntándonos si necesitábamos algo o si todo estaba bien. La habitacion el mobiliario es algo viejo pero para ser kenia esta muy bien, habitacion limpia, tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo.

Cons:

Lo unico que puedo decir es que el bufet en la cena es bastabte escaso, solo habia dos opciones 1 de carne y 1 de pescado.
El desayuno muy muy básico.
