The building itself it nice. The room was large & spacious and mostly clean. The bed was comfortable and very big. The pool area was well maintained although the pool was quite cold.

Cons:

The cot that had been requested wasn’t set up on arrival. It was set up quickly on request but the cot itself wasn’t good. The base was essentially just a panel of wood. We had to wrap a few towels over it so it had some level of comfort for our nearly 1 year old.
There was also hair attached to a sticker on the toilet roll which was quite off putting and someone else’s dirty sock was on the floor, which I started to unroll thinking it was ours and wasn’t, so was quite disgusted.

Frühstück nicht in Ordnung
Pros:

Zimmer waren in Ordnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Fenster konnte man öffnen. Keine Probleme mit den Parkplätzen und man konnte mit dem Auto alles gut erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und hatte nur wenig vegetarische Variationen, wie sonst oft (z. B. Hampton by Hilton) üblich. Es wurden nur nach Aufforderung Speisen aufgefüllt. Die hygienischen Verhältnisse waren teilweise abstoßen. Auf den Tischen wurden die Fettreste durch das Personal durch leichtes Überwischen nur verteilt. Auf der Kaffeemaschine befand sich eine dicke Staubschicht und der Fußboden benötigte eine Grundreinigung etc..
