Room was only set up fir 2 adults despite booking having a child included. No bedding for child. Toiletries in bathroom empty.
Breakfast was really lovely, lots of choice, and very delicious ! Tv casting worked which was a nice to have.
The rooms were okay,
Could do with a general refurb, one of the the bathroom lights didn’t work, the spotlights in the room were uneven and centred mostly in one area(quite strange) the beds were super high up, although the mattresses were comfortable. The sink drain in the bathroom was not the best the water wouldn’t go down you would have to lift the whole thing out.
Second time staying in the hotel on business. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, excellent value for money, breakfast selection as great.
Will be my hotel of choice when working up in Gateshead

The room and the bed short stay
Nothing everything was good
The quiet location with plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was powerful and warm.
The room was tired, especially the bathroom. The hairdryer cord was far too short and couldn't be moved to dry my hair comfortably. The room was too warm, despite the radiator being off. I stayed for two nights and when the room wasn't made up after one night, I enquired at reception, to be advised they dont do daily housekeeping. It would have been useful to know this in advance.
