Very welcoming stuff willing to help with a parking late in the night. Very nice and representative / friendly attitude. Thank you.

Cons:

I was missing only a trash for rest waste. There was just one in the bathroom and plastic/glass container in the room.

Schönes Hotel im Plattenbauviertel
Pros:

Ich habe Gemeinschaftsbad und Dusche gebucht. Alles war sehr sauber und gut zu erreichen. Mein Zimmer lag sehr ruhig im 11.Stock und ich hatte eine geniale Aussicht über Lütten Klein bis nach Warnemünde. Der Empfang war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Da mir mein Bett wie üblich zu hart war( liegt an mir, ich habe zu Hause eine weiche Matratze) , konnte ich mit der 2. Decke die Matratze etwas weicher gestalten und ich habe super gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Es gab nix auszusetzen...:)

Pros:

Parkplatz kostenlos vor der Unterkunft, nettes Personal, alles sehr sauber. Kurkarte für den ÖPNV kostenlos verwendbar.

Tür hat geklemmt, sehr laut beim Zuziehen.

Moderne, saubere Zimmer mit einer top ausgestatteten Miniküche. Habe nichts vermisst.
Aufmerksamer und netter Empfang. Mehrere Räume für Fahrräder.
Das Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt (ich bevorzuge selbstgemachtes Porridge und guten Kaffee, der nicht aus einer Maschine kommt), aber habe mir das Buffett angeschaut. Super Auswahl für einen vernünftigen Preis.
