Lovely stay with friendly staff. Location a bit remote but comfortable and clean and roomy. A shame the vegetarian food
Pros:

We had a separate annex room which was very spacious as we had a dog with us. The outside tables were lovely and inside very comfortable too.

Cons:

There was no vegan dessert available and all vegetarian dishes in the restaurant (x3) were all mushroom based leaving little choice. Service was lovely although a 10% discretionary service charge was added in a hotel, it was automatically added even though it said only applied to groups over 8.

Pros:

It was our 2nd stay at this hotel and yet again we have had a great time - by coincidence we have stayed in the same room on both occasions.
Loved the little private outside space, room had all necessary amenities, was clean and comfortable.
Delicious breakfast and dinner at reasonable price.
Staff was polite and professional.
Definitely will stay again.

Cons:

Nothing really, apart of breakfast service took a while, but it was well worth the wait.

Very busy hotel in a heatwave with limited places to cool down.
Pros:

Quiet room

Cons:

Tiny windows
Better fan in room - heat was awful
Bad stomach from food due to excessive chillies included although not mentioned on menu.
Nowhere quiet to sit and read a book

We had a beautiful room located outwith the hotel. Had a lovely garden area. Very tranquil and relaxing. The rooms were spacious. Comfortable bed. Clean and all amenities there we needed.

Cons:

Restaurant service was awful from our experience. Booked a table for dinner, waited 30 minutes to be served drinks. Waited 45 minutes to be asked what we wished to have for dinner. Then we were told there was issues with the kitchen which we understood and there was a reduced menu. Waited another 25 minutes for a starter.we did not stay for the main meal as the time was unacceptable. The service was extremely poor and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Did not enjoy the food that was presented.
