Были в этом отеле первый раз и решили , что каждый приезд в Санто -Доминго будем останавливаться только в нем . Персонал внимательный , все дружелюбные от ресепшена до клиринговой службы и ресторана.Номера безупречно чистые , стильные , новое все ,что находится в номере , ванной .Полотенца идеально чистые , меняют каждый день .В номере разные виды подсветки ,что удобно в вечернее время , есть кофеварка, вода , комплимент от отеля - печенье, а также утюг, гладильная доска, холодильник.В ванной комнате есть все принадлежности для душа : шампунь, кондиционер, мыло и фен.Рекомендуем всем как прекрасный отель с отличным расположением в районе Нако , все рядом : до Галереи 360, Икеа, Агора можно дойти пешком за 10-15 минут

Staff very friendly

Cons:

Order food from the restaurant for my family and the soup was delicious. But the burger was very dry and burnt my kids did not eat them I called the place and the other and explained the situation I was told they will replace the meal .The other chicken strips were very dry and I got charged again for my other.
