A large, comfortable room with a view of the mountains (the more expensive option). A tasty breakfast with a wide selection. A swimming pool and spa. Nice staff.
It's a shame that the rooms (in the 4-star part of the hotel) don't have balconies. Given its location, the hotel is definitely more accessible to people traveling by car than by train (walking uphill with a bag is a bit of a challenge, but it's doable).

Čisté izby, veľmi milý personál, chutné raňajky, ocenili sme bazén, wellness... Hotel myslí i na tých najmenších - herňa, vonkajšie ihrisko, hneď po príjazde malé prekvapenie pre deti. Na izbe kávové kapsle, čaj...Jednoducho spokojnosť.

We had a disappointing experience. Overall, the place is okay -- nice food, clean, and in a good location. But certain details should not have a place in a 4-star hotel presented as a SPA resort.
The first unpleasant surprise was that, upon checking in, we were handed tokens for towels and robes. Yeah, those amenities were not waiting in the room; we had to walk across the hotel, literally from one end of the building to the other, through the restaurant and reception, to get them. The inconvenience is one thing, but the feeling that you're being treated like a towel thief was too much. In my opinion, such a thing has no place in a hotel of this standard.
Another thing that was very much out of place in a hotel branded so strongly as a SPA resort was the lack of toiletries. In our bathroom, we only had a bottle of 3-in-1 shower product — no shampoo, no lotion, no shower cap, nothing. Even lower (not low) standard hotels usually provide these small bottles of products, cotton swabs, and a few other things. Not to mention SPA hotels, where not having these is not just an inconvenience but also a missed opportunity. Seriously, those small shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, and whatnot are not only there to make guests' stays more pleasant, but also to give them a teaser of the hotel's wellness offering, so they feel cared for and want to try more. Here, we had a 3-in-1 product nailed to the shower wall like in budget hotels.
The SPA & wellness center and the swimming pool area were also very disappointing. Weeks in advance, we tried to book some treatments for two — impossible due to understaffing. The treatments we did have were also far from the standard they advertise and somewhat irresponsible. There was no health questionnaire, and during the treatment, the lady said nothing about the products she was using. I also have to say that the treatment itself was very basic considering the price.
The swimming pool area seemed nice at first.
Hotel ma swietną lokalizację jesli chce się faktycznego odpoczynku z dala od zgieklu miasta. Niesamowite widoki. Hotel juz od samego wejscia robi wrazenie- potem jest tylko lepiej. Piekne wnetrza, bardzo mila obsługa, perfekcyjnie czysto. Do tego pyszne jedzenie i wiele zakątkow w ktorych mozna spedzac czas wolny. Oferta w pelni zadowoli najwybredniejszych klientow.

Przestronny pokój z widokiem na góry. Automat do kawy z 3 kapsułkami w pokoju. Śniadania w formie bufetu smaczne, dystrybutor z wodą ngaz i gaz na korytarzu. Strefa z basenem, saunami, grotą solną ok, dostaje się ręcznik i szlafrok.
Jak za tę cenę 1 noc w pokoju 4 osobowym ze śniadaniem w formie bufetu (pobyt rodzinny 2+2 dzieci 1040zł + 20zł parking) to opłata za parking powinna być wliczona w cenę pokoju. Na recepcji w godzinach porannych (czas wymeldowania) tylko jedna recepcjonistka co spowodowało długi czas oczekiwania. Dwa dni w tygodniu basen jest czynny od 10:00 ze względu na sprzątanie, więc w dniu wyjazdu niestety nie skorzystaliśmy pomimo, że doba hotelowa do 12. Śniadanie od 8:00, trochę późno... W łazience była uszkodzona słuchawka od prysznica a na ścianie przy suficie ogromny zdechły pająk. Jak za tę cenę, oczekuję wyższego poziomu czystości i sprawności podstawowych sprzętów.
We loved the location and how friendly the staff was. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast and dinner were delicious.
The shower door had a problem and the socket plug was broken otherwise everything was perfect
