Die Lage ist wunderbar. Sehr nahe an den Wanderrouten und am Centrum.
Frühstück und A la carte Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Bad fehlt mir ein Vergrößerungsspiegel.

Dobra baza wypadowa w Góry Izerskie.
Pros:

Obiekt ładnie położony, pokoje przestronne i czyste. Śniadania bardzo dobre z dużym wyborem potraw. Potrawy zmieniały się codziennie. Wszystko bardzo smaczne.

Cons:

Strefa SPA dostępna w cenie pobytu trochę nieadekwatna do rozmiarów hotelu. W zasadzie od piątku do niedzieli przed południem graniczyło z cudem dostanie się do jacuzzi. Jeśli ktoś planuje korzystać z udogodnień SPA to najlepiej wybierać środek tygodnia bo weekendy to porażka. Obsługa w recepcji powinna trochę bardziej się uśmiechać. Recepcja to wizytówka hotelu i pierwsze miejsce gdzie gość hotelu powinien dostać informacje o które prosi. Restauracja hotelowa a la carte - ceny nieadekwatne do jakości jedzenia.

Ogólna moja opinia jako obiekcie hotelowym bardzo pozytywna.
Pros:

Przede wszystkim czystość pokoju i w całym hotelu, oraz obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie. Przepiękny widok z balkonu na góry, ale też i na zewnętrzne strefy wypoczynku znajdujące sie na terenie obiektu hotelowego. Wejście na teren strefy basenowej w cenie pokoju hotelowego. Oferowane posiłki śniadaniowe bardzo dobre. Parking przy hotelu również oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.

Cons:

Przydałby się trochę lepiej oznakowany dojazd do hotelu z głównej drogi.

Kolejny pobyt i wszystko znakomite. Nowością była ceremonia saunowa z wykorzystaniem olejków zapachowych i wachlarza-polecam. Poza tym pyszne śniadanie z lokalnymi produktami.
