Zero value for the money, very sad and shocked!
Pros:

Nothing, aside from few nice plp… Highly NOT recommended, Dirty and dated. Manager should be fired for state of the restaurant chairs - to wash them you don’t need milions, just water + soap + hands! State of the rooms is shocking for any price, but especially for such high price, musty smell, dirty carpet, walls, scratched headboards room 316. Worst value for money we came across in years, very very said…Good dinner, weak breakfast, nice area for kids to play m, but bit dirty which makes me think it is also not maintained properly.

Cons:

Send staff and especially manager for a cleaning course and implement asap!

Great just
Pros:

Great room very good breakfast dinner was good enough variety of type of meats. Pool spa and area around very nice

Cons:

Reception stuff - quickest check-in but no recommendations about spa/pool
Not saying we were waiting 2 minutes up front for opening gate

great location, breakfast spread could be a little better but good enough for the price. highly recommend. One pf the best pools I have seen

Pros:

A személyzet kedves, professzionális. Saját parkoló az autóknak. A reggeli változatos volt és bőséges, a vacsora is. A wellness és a Balaton part, amiért érdemes ide foglalni. Gyerekeseknek sok a szórakozási lehetőség a hotel területén.

Cons:

Retró volt a szállás, régen exkluzív lehetett, de ma már nem az, ehhez képest a szobaár magas, bár vacsora és reggeli is az árban.

UN DESASTRE TOTAL !A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !

Une manager super arrogante !
HNous sommes arrivé ce 5 juin 2026 avec de bonnes intentions,pour un séjour de 3 jours au balaton .
Le désastre a commencé ,le vendredi 5 juin 2025 en soirée, le manger était froid,le poulet sec aucune fraîcheur,et surtout aucune variété !
⚠️Tout le buffet était très pauvre et surtout froid alors qu’il devait être chaud !

⚠️Depuis 2 jours diarrhée non stop !⚠️

⚠️Sanitaire non hygiénique ! Use et plein de traces de ….?
⚠️Service de chambre inexistant ! On a dû pleurer pour nettoyer notre chambre,la manager prétend que nous avons refuse le service de nettoyage .
😂 600 eur pour 3 jours il faut être un grand idiot pour refuser un service offert et normalement inclus dans le prix !
⚠️Une terrasse inaccessible envahie d’insectes !
⚠️Une literie désastreuse défoncée par l’usure du temps!
⚠️De faux commentaires sur le net …trompeurs vous ferons croire le contraire !
⚠️carte d’accès à la chambre et au parking impossible d’entrer carte défectueuse !
5 remplacement et toujours le même problème !

Scénario identique pas de serviettes de bain propre,pas de papier toilette,literie non faite ,verre dans la chambre plein de calcaire ,la poussière était comprise dans le prix .
Apres une seconde réclamation 1 h d’attente dans le couloir pour le nettoyage de la chambre HONTEUX .

Aucun respect pour le touriste ! Une véritable honte.!
J’ai en ma possession une série de photos sur la température des aliments !
C’est dingue ce que les gens mangent dans cet Hôtel !

Actuellement je souffre de diarhee et d’une inflammation urinaire importante !

❗️Éviter absolument cet établissement si vous êtes étranger ❗️
❗️Éviter absolument cet hôtel si vous ne voulez pas être malade !
La manager va vous répondre … Vous êtes Pinocchio ,son personnel affirme le contraire !
Elle va vous éjecter de son bureau !
