Családbarát hotel, csak valamiért nem ágyaznak :)
Pros:

Totálisan családbarát hely, nagyon kedves személyzet, rengeteg gyerekprogram, vízpart, és nem leamortizált spa részleg.

Cons:

Én nem tisztán értem a takarítást: igazából nem takarítanak, volt hogy be sem ágyaztak.

Nagyon jó, kellemes szálloda.
Pros:

Szép szálloda, kedves személyzet. Nagyon jó a saját strand és a sok gyermek játszási lehetőség. Reggeli finom volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat Párommal és a kis unokánkkal.

Sehr modernes Hotel, nettes freundliches Personal, vor allem die Dame bei den Omelettes in der früh, sie war außerordentlich freundlich

Cons:

Es war teilweise vor allem aussen dreckig. Auf unserem Fensterbrett lag ein Haufen Mist, wir nehmen an von einer Taube. Der Teppich im Gang war auch voll Bröseln und Recht schmutzig

Alapvetően meg voltunk elégedve, kivéve a terasz állapotát.
Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda, csodás a part, nagyon finom és választékos az étel- és italkínálat. A személyzet egy része kissé merev, de szerencsére a többség kedves és mosolygós.

Cons:

Sajnos, ami nem méltó egy 4 csillagos szállodához, az a szobához tartozó terasz. Látszik, hogy nem volt rendesen felmosva és kitakarítva. Tele volt pókhálóval, bogárral. Tudom, hogy a tó közelsége miatt sok a bogár, de azt gondolom, hogy a teraszt jobban karban kellene tartani.

Pros:

Hotel vhodný pre rodiny s deťmi, veľa atrakcií pre deti, aj pre tie menšie. Dobrá poloha hotela, možnosť parkovania, pekné spoločné priestory, milý personál. Chcela by som špeciálne oceniť kuchárov a jedlo v hoteli, výborné raňajky aj večere, obe formou bufetu, veľký výber jedla a rôzne chute, jedlá vhodné aj pre deti.

Cons:

Veľa hmyzu, špinavé balkóny, nemožnosť si tam večer sadnúť, mohol by byť lepší poriadok na izbách a na balkónoch.

Nettes "Kinderhotel" mit Meerflair obwohl man am See ist ;)
Pros:

Man merkt dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist aber es wirklich nett renoviert und zum "Kinderhotel" umfunktioniert wurde. Es gibt sehr viele Angebote für Kinder im Hotel und in der Aussenanlage. Unser Sohn (2,5 Jahre) war durchgehend sehr glücklich mit dem Angebot. Weiters ein sehr positiver Punkt ist der Garten bzw. der Seezugang der ideal für Kinder ist und ein sehr nettes Ambiente hat. Es ist sehr seicht am Ufer um man kann unbedenklich mit kleinen Kindern dort Zeit verbingen. Auch das Personal im Lokal war sehr nett und das Buffett für Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend. Uns Eltern hat es auch sehr gut gefallen und wir können es nur empfehlen wenn einem Italien eventuell zu weit ist und zu teuer im Sommer dann kann der Balaton wirklich eine Alternive sein. Mit dem Auto ist auch alles rund um dem See in 1h bis 1:15h erreichbar. Können uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder dort hin zu fahren.

Cons:

ich habe das Feedback bereits im Hotel gegeben beim Checkout. Das Zimmerservice und die Sauberkeit ist leider nicht genügend. Wir waren 5 Nächte und an keinem Tag wurden die Betten gemacht oder das Bad geputzt... Wir haben nur die Handtücher aufs Bett gelegt bekommen im besten Fall. Weiters und auch das ist nicht rühmlich, wenn man Mani- oder Pediküre anbietet und dann den Gast eine Nummer gibt und sagt ruf selbst an. Dann ruft man an und die Dame sitzt im Auto und sagt es geht gerade nicht sie ruft zurück und meldet sich nie wieder. Dann sollte man dieses Service gar nicht mehr anbieten, dann ist es besser Gäste auswärts ein Studio zu empfehlen.

jól felszerelt, kényelmes szállás, mesés kilátással.

gyönyörű kilátás volt a szobából, a tóra nézett. Kényelmes, elegendő nagyságú.

A klíma egy kicsit elavult, de le tudta hűteni a szobát.
