They are very flexible in check-in check-out. The service people are nice and professional. The location is excellent: walk to the train station with 15 min.

Venice is a very beautiful city
Pros:

It’s near the San Stae. You can come from the AirPort with water bus directly to San Stae which is 3 min walking to the hotel. There is a square 1 min away, where there is supermarket, tobacchi and farmacy. Also many good restaurants. The decoration and the comfort of room is good. The working personal is very helpfull.

Un lugar perfecto para alojarte en Venecia
Pros:

Zona tranquila, sin mucho tránsito, pero a la vez a unos 20-25 minutos caminando de la Plaza de San Marco (Venecia requiere perderse y caminar por ella para conocer sus pequeños rincones). Buenas instalaciones y desayuno, así como atención del personal.

24/7 reception, free of charge luggage storage, very nice people working there, wifi was good,location was perfect for us, silent , clean , much more spacious than all other hotels we stayed in venice, interior design was magnificent, big bathroom and bidet ❤️ , nice mirrors to check your ourfit

No water to drink in the room fridge

Plongez dans l’ambiance envoûtante de Venise
Pros:

L’emplacement était top ! Le quartier n’était pas touristique, mais tous les lieux intéressants sont proches. La chambre était incroyablement belle et nous a plongée dans l’ambiance de Venise. Le personnel était très gentil et le petit-déjeuner proposait une variété de produits délicieux !

Overpriced for no reason 400€ for this room , no.
Pros:

Actually nothing but let’s say the location, was 20’ from s Marco

Cons:

The room was big and comfortable for 2 but not clean , but there was an annoying continues noise all night long and we couldn’t sleep. During check out we asked staff to inform us what was this noise and they said that they heard it from another client but they don’t know probably an alarm . 😵‍💫

Very pleasant, love the place.
Pros:

The place is nice, beautiful decor, spacious. Provided very nice breakfast. The staff were accomodating and went out their way to make an additional dish for breakfast when it wasn't on the buffet table.

Fabulous hotel stay
Pros:

Our group of 9 friends had a 3 night stay at this fabulous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable with hood quality bedding and there was plenty of variety on offer at breakfast and great cappuccino!

Cons:

We wasn't keen on the curtain surround in the shower and a vanity unit would be great for applying make-up!
