Great staff, amenities, location, decor, and comfortable! Can’t wait to come back to Sevilla and stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful property with an excellent location! I loved how unique my room was and the rooftop was lovely. I don’t think the location can get much better than this!! Visually it’s beautiful as well, really well done and aesthetically on point.

Pros:

The location is superb right in the centre of the old town! Lots to bars and restaurants and the Cathedral and palace and many many more local attractions at the bottom of the street!

Aesthetically pleasing and authentically appointed hotel in the perfect location of Old Santa Cruz.
Pros:

Perfect location, and and interior that felt authentic and unique.

Cons:

The only issue was with the plumbing. The shower water temperature was very inconsistent. It went from hot to ice cold to scorching to Luke warm. The pressure changed as well. I had to change rooms (myself) in hopes that the room next door had no issues with the shower. Unfortunately, not the case. Both rooms had the same issue.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was right in thr heart of Seville. Everything we wanted to do was walkable from this location. From the moment you walk inside, the charm takes over. There is a wonderful breakfast available with fresh juices, pastries, meats, cheeses and fruits. We were traveling as a family of 3 and the bed they created for our son was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and I felt like royalty!! Absolutely the most comfortable bed on our trip so far! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning one day!!!

The location was good.

Cons:

Disappointing for a supposedly four stars place. The bathroom and bed were both rather uncomfortable, kettle didn't work, air conditioning out of order, staff unable or unwilling to help out.

What a great hotel
Pros:

Loved the staff, breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious 😋.

Cons:

Although the majority of the reception staff were excellent, actually outstanding. When I asked about tram or bus to the train station, was told she didn't know and the only thing she could do was call a taxis. No offer to find out or come back.

BTW the showers run hot then cold, regardless of setting (in both rooms).
