Beautiful hotel, great location

Idéal pour tout visiter à pieds beaucoup de restaurants autour de l hôtel.
La chambre de remplacement était très jolie et agréable.

Horrible customer service in overpriced hotel. Ac not working and they moved us twice in a 2 night stay, unapologetic

Great location, steps from the Cathedral, in the old town of Sevilla. Beautifully renovated building with architectural details and chandeliers hanging from wood-beamed ceilings. Very comfortable bed and linnen, fully equipped bathroom and amenities. Rich and delicious breakfast. Late check-out at noon, compared to 11h for other places. Very helpful staff at reception, available 24h, which is a welcomed bonus.

Really enjoyable three day stay. Excellent hotel location in the centre of the city. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Facilities just right, great room and amazing roof terrace with large plunge pool.

On arrival our AC was broken during 38 degree weather. They did not fix it, no manager was around, no room switch, they did not even try to resolve it. Just said "Sorry for the inconvenience." We had to look for other hotels to stay because it was not livable

Great location, steps from the Cathedral, beautiful room in a historic building beautifully renovated. Breakfast was rich with lots of choice. And, very helpful and friendly staff available around the clock at the reception. With so many places sending you a door code, it’s wonderful when someone is welcoming you.

We had stayed in the hotel in 2025 so we were happy to come back for a week. Excellent location and facilities and great emphasis on cleanliness. The staff are exceptional at all levels - courteous,helpful and efficient. I should mention the breakfasts which cater for all tastes. We would not have gone back for a longer stay if we did not have the most positive memories of our stay last year!

The hotel is in a bustling part of the city close to the cathedral and other places of interest.
The rooms all seemed to be quite compact. The first room we were in was on the ground floor with a small patio. Just off the corridor from the door was the bathroom area. It was a small toilet and bidet “cubicle” with glass door, opposite a shower “cubicle “ with a glass door connected by a small washbasin area. When showered you were getting dried in the hallway, effectively. We changed rooms, with the help of our travel agents, to a better room on the first floor. The toilet, bidet and washbasin were together and the shower over the bath. The room was still quite compact.
The hotel and rooms were clean.
The buffet breakfast wasn’t a success for us at all. The tables are set, some for 4, some for 2. Unfortunately people arrived and sat at the 4 tables leaving us, travelling as a four, to sit apart. They don’t appear to have enough staff on at breakfast. The food is not replenished quickly enough and it’s hard to find a member of staff to speak to at times. There were no glasses at one time and no plates for quite a long time. The staff came out and cleared some tables and it was obvious that the plates had just been washed. There was quite a wait for ordered items.
Some of the reception staff were friendly.
With a little bit of care and attention it could be much better.

Property is very central. We had a lovely big room with two windows and comfortable bed. We love the afternoon tea.
