El tamaño de la habitación y un cartel "intimidatorio" invitando a no usar el ascensor.

Bon emplacement, à proximité du centre-ville et de la gare des bus. Pour ouvrir la chambre (et la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel), il faut entrer un code sur un pavé numérique ce que j'ai trouvé pratique par rapport à une clé ou une carte qu'il faut toujours avoir sur soi. J'ignore cependant si ce système est applicable à tout le monde ou uniquement aux clients qui s'enregistrent par appel vidéo quand il n'y a pas de personnel sur place pour remettre une carte/clé.
Les chambres sont en principe accessibles dès 14h à l'arrivée, mais certains jours la réception n'ouvre qu'à 16h ou 16h30 (je ne sais plus exactement) l'après-midi. Je suis arrivée vers 14h et j'ai dû effectuer le check-in par appel vidéo.
Les chambres sont très mal isolées, que ce soit les unes des autres ou de la rue. De plus, la fenêtre de la mienne ne fermait pas correctement, donc j'entendais le bruit de la rue comme si j'y étais (rue bruyante et hôtel entouré de bars). Difficile de fermer l'oeil même en portant des bouchons.
Certains joints de la douche étaient moisis.
Estaba muy limpio. Está a 10 minutos andando de la Calle Gascona, por lo que es bastante céntrico.
Las almohadas podrían ser mejoradas, ya que a nuestro gusto, son demasiado blanditas.

Lástima que el propio hotel no tenga parking, pero en la misma calle del hotel hay un parking privado a menos de cinco minutos caminado
