Sehr laut durch die Straßenbahn
Bei Verbesserungsvorschlägen wird man nicht für voll genommen.
Das Frühstück war die 15 Euro pro Person nicht wert

Good experience
Pros:

Very clean hotel with helpful staff. The location is very convenient, only 9 minutes from the main station and close to the center too.
The room was spacious and comfortable, nothing was broken.

Cons:

I stayed for 4 nights and kept leaving the sign to ask for my room to be cleaned, but it wasn't. Not a big issue, I just wanted my towels changed, but still.
Also the shower door had trouble closing fully and the put-in-card-for-electricity function did not work.
The mini bar is also just a mini fridge, though I didn't mind!

Sehr gutes Hotel (mit freundlichem Service, guter Frühstück-Option)
Pros:

Das Personal vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, ich konnte bereits viel früher einchecken, da mein Zimmer schon bereit war. Mein Einzelzimmer hatte reichlich Platz und das Bad war sauber und auch gut. Ich konnte in der vierten Etage gut schlafen. Das Frühstück-Buffet für 15€ war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, ich habe zumindest nichts vermisst. Von der Lage her, das Tram Hotel befindet sich nur ca. 10min fußläufig vom Hbf. und eine Tram-Station (ca. 12min bis zum Marktplatz in Halle) ist auch gleich beim Hotel. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Rahmen des Laternenfest in Halle inkl. diesem Hotel.

Tipp: Wer auf Streetart (Murals) steht, der sollte vom Hotel nur mal die beiden nachbarschaftlichen Straßen (Landsberger Str. und Freiimfelder Str.) entlang spazieren, es gibt einiges zu bestaunen.

Cons:

Es gab nur ein Kleinigkeit, wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann, durch die gute Nähe/Anbindung zur Tramstation, hört man die Trams bei geöffnet Fenster schon recht gut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hatte ich zumindest in meiner Etage keine Problem gut einzuschlafen.

Für einen Kurztrip geeignet
Pros:

Die Lage super. Tramhaltestelle direkt vor Tür. Vom Bahnhof zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten. Zimmer alles da was man braucht. Nur die Klimaanlage fehlt. In der 4. Etage auf der Sonnenseite sehr warm. Ventilator aber vorhanden. Badezimmer super. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Frühstück in Ordnung.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Gardinen waren zum Teil nicht richtig befestigt. Beim Frühstück für 15 € pro Person hätte ich etwas mehr Auswahl erwartet.

Cons:

der Verkehrslärm in der Nacht war sehr störend, das Zimmer war durch die Südlage (direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, ohne Außenbeschattung) sehr warm. Eine Klimatisierung war nicht vorhanden. Der Deckenvetilator war nicht ausreichend. Der Kühlschrank (leere Minibar) war nicht voll funktionstüchtig.
