The staff at the bar and in the wine banc was great. At the reception some were exceptional.
The communication about dinner reservations. We booked the superior rooms but they didn’t look like the rooms shown on the homepage. My impression was if you book with booking.com you get the least attractive rooms with an unpleasant view and not the ones which are described.

La location è meravigliosa e pulitissima. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri dell'ingresso. Camere spaziose e confortevoli.
Lo staff è stato tutto molto gentile e professionale. Zona piscina molto bella e pulita.
Purtroppo durate le ore in cui siamo state in piscina ci sono stati bambini che hanno urlato e fatto tuffi per tutto il tempo. Non c'è stato nessun controllo da parte di nessuno, in primis dai genitori che dovrebbero essere i responsabili e nemmeno da nessun menbro dello staff che forse ogni tanto dovrebbero dare una controllata. Quelle che speravamo sarebbero state ore di relax sono state rovinate, nonostante ci fossero scritte le regole di una convivenza corretta.
