Cute Hotel in the heart of Cartagena
Pros:

We got upgraded to a suite here and it was awesome! Fantastic location, roof top (small) pool, and super cute inside. We loved staying here and wish we'd stayed longer! The breakfast was good too :).

Buona soluzione a Cartagena
Pros:

Colazione, posizione e pulizia i punti forti dell'hotel. L'hotel è molto silenzioso nonostante si trovi in posizione centrale nella città vecchia. Nota di merito al ragazzo dello staff che si occupava delle colazioni, molto gentile e disponibile (e parlava anche inglese).

Cons:

Piscina sul rooftop con grande potenziale ma non sfruttato in termini di gestione e disponibilità (andrebbe migliorata la pulizia, il ritiro teli usati e rifornimento dei nuovi, bar). Piscina al piano terra non fruibile essendo davanti alle camere e con un solo lettino. Staff alla reception poco ospitale.

Colazione, posizione e pulizia i punti forti dell'hotel. L'hotel è molto silenzioso nonostante si trovi in posizione centrale nella città vecchia. Nota di merito al ragazzo dello staff che si occupava delle colazioni, molto gentile e disponibile (e parlava anche inglese).

Cons:

La piscina sul tetto avrebbe molto potenziale ma andrebbe gestita meglio (pulizia poco approfondita, mancata rimozione teli usati, bar non funzionante, no musica di sottofondo) o comunque dovrebbe essere presente un servizio di base. La piscina al piano terra è praticamente inutilizzabile essendo fronte camera e senza lettini. Staff alla reception poco ospitale.
