Hotel Bonito, limpio y funcional siempre regresaremos. Es como estar en Casa.

Excelente Atencion
Pros:

La atencion por parte del personal que aunque no hablaban español hacian lo posible por entendernos. la habitacion si esta muy amplia y comoda.

Everything except the water situation

Cons:

No water in rooms at all we checked in at 3 and Noone said anything about the water leak until we called the front desk they put letters saying it would be 4 hours but still at 9:30 at night there wasn't water.

North/Stone Oak Hyatt Hotel
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place SAT North/Stone Oak location and was not disappointed. It was conveniently located to everything I needed to get to, personnel were professional and friendly and the hotel, including the rooms were clean. Although they do not have an onsite hotel, they have partnered with a facility for access to their pool. I believe the price per night was a good value for the money and I was able to have a peaceful visit because the noise level was minimal.

A very nice north side San Antonio hotel.
Pros:

I attended a family event not far from the hotel. The location was perfect. The hotel was not more than one block from 281 but my room was quiet. Check out is at noon. Too many hotels now days have check out at 11:00 a.m.

Cons:

The remote for the tv was not working properly. I think it needed some fresh batteries.
