(1) During breakfast, even though we arrived at the restaurant at the time slot pre-assigned during check-in, the high volume of guests meant we were seated in a venue on a higher floor—resembling a conference center—rather than the ground-floor restaurant originally designated; the dining environment and atmosphere were not as expected.
