Very modern and clean . Very friendly helpful staff
This is a lovely big hotel about 7 mins drive from the centre of Winchester. Our room (superior family) was big and clean. The bed was huge and really comfortable. All the staff were amazing and the breakfast could just be the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had!
Nothing!
The hotel reception staff were outstanding and very helpful, along with the bar/restaurant. The hotel is very modern and beds comfortable, I slept very well. It is a very quiet hotel and I felt the rooms were well equipped.
I was disappointed with the Spa, the staff were inexperienced and I was disappointed with my treatment.
All of it and the gym
Clean
Location, spa not available to families, rooms very small
brekafeast was missing black puddiing like at other voco you get this was a shame
Good gym and food offering
Aircon noisy and the smell of the water treatment plant can be unpleasant.
Beautiful
Boujeeee and tasteful
Nothing doesn’t apply

Camas comodas y buen desayuno.
Que se cobre el parking aparte del precio del hotel, 10 pounds por 24 horas, cuando no hay opciòn de aparcar en otro lado.
Really comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Great spacious bedrooms.
The spa was ok but nothing special.
Location
We took an upgrade that we paid for but the wardrobe space was tiny and we had a problem with noise (see below)
The location was great. Car park was a good size, even with a wedding, it was still spacious to find a space with no issues.
£25 per day for a dog is (in my opinion) quite expensive
£10 per day parking is a bit steep for hotel guests considering it’s 25£ per day for “co-work place” that includes: lunch, unlimited coffee, parking, gym access, mineral water … which is an incredible deal
This highlighted how the hotel treats their overnight guests… it’s a little steep.
I think it’s also fair to say - if this hotel had outlined the extortionate additional costs on their description (=70£ extra total for 2 nights stay), we would have likely stayed somewhere else.
The glass cup in the bedroom was sticky… which was really upsetting. We are not the type to get upset over a bit of dirt, dust or imperfections but items that we consume/drink from .. is really not okay.
Restaurant - the food was fair, the staff are wonderful (amazing people), but being kind/nice is different from being trained. Waitresses who are clearly very new should be accompanied by more senior staff to support them, but it seems like there’s a lot of trainees working on a “wedding” day is not giving guests like myself the confidence we need to feel welcomed.
Overall, everyone (each and every person) is wonderfully kind and sweet .. but a higher degree of training is required to maintain a suitable standard to warrant hotel status (in my opinion).
Paying for parking at a hotel in the middle of nowhere!!
Just an excuse to extort more money for guests paying for rooms, Bar and restaurant.
Car parking charges and lack of concentration by restaurant staff
