Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo y alrededor buena oferta de restaurantes. Habitación comoda y tranquila. El desayuno bueno.

Cons:

Como sugerencia pondría más luz en el baño. Y en el hotel hay muchos clientes españoles pero nadie del personal sabia ni un poco de español.

Comfortable, beautiful, and close to the city center
Pros:

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at the Opera Garden Hotel. The hotel is close to the city center. The area is quiet, safe, and is full of restaurants in case you want to get something to eat. It's also 5 minutes from the metro and bus stations. We found it to be in an extremely convenient location and we walked to most places.

The room was extremely clean and had a ton of space. The amenities were nice. Our room was the executive room and it included a kitchen with pots, pans, etc. We had a microwave and a decent-sized refrigerator. The water was always hot and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was included, even though it doesn't have as much variety as we're used to. It had a selection of cereals, breads, pastries, cold-cut meats, cheeses, yogurt, and fruits. It was delicious and we ate there every morning.

The service from everyone that we encountered was phenomenal. Everyone was polite, friendly, and courteous. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel and we highly recommend it.

Cons:

Breakfast could use a little variety. Every day we had the same food. It was good, but some changes every few days would have been nice.
