El desayuno era un poco caótico. Pero no por el personal, si no por las instalaciones algo pequeñas para tanto cliente.

Posizione ottima vicino al Teatro dell’Opera ma in una via chiusa al traffico e quindi silenziosa. Personale molto disponibile e gentile e camere pulite e ben insonorizzate.
Visto il tenore dell’hotel mi aspettavo prodotti da bagno migliori. C’era un unico distributore shampoo capelli/corpo .. per chi viaggia in aereo la comodità di trovare dei buoni prodotti x il corpo/capelli è importante.
It was our third stay at this lovely boutique hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last.
The rooms are very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The beds, bedding, and towels are all of excellent quality, and the rooms are quiet, with air conditioning that works perfectly. The location is also ideal for exploring the city.
Breakfast is a real highlight, with delicious homemade items such as berry yoghurts, freshly baked breads, and pastries. Eggs are cooked to order, and the scrambled eggs are made from fresh eggs rather than powdered ones, which makes a noticeable difference.
The coffee is excellent - quite strong, but perfect if you add a little hot water to suit your taste.
Don’t miss the complimentary homemade iced tea or lemonade available during the day, or the delicious sweet red wine served in the evenings. These thoughtful touches make the stay even more special.

The location is excellent, close to the Opera and within walking distance to any tourist attractions. The room was extremely comfortable, with everything you need in the kitchenette for a convenient afternoon snack or self-made dinner. Several supermarkets (Lidl, Spar) can be found very close by. The variety and quality of food at breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as was the complimentary tea/lemonade during the day and mulled wine in the evening. The reception staff was very efficient. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
