Pros:

Le style, le confort, l'accueil. Le fait d'avoir une cuisine avec ustensiles, évier et frigo.

Cons:

Que la climatisation ne soit pas encore installée, nous comprenons les contraintes logistiques dans cette période. Mais il faisait vraiment chaud.
Le prix du petit déjeuner, surtout quand l'hôtel est en centre ville et que des cafés sympa pas très loin proposent des formules moins chères.

Good stay
Pros:

I stayed here for three nights. Very close to the main train station. Hence very convenient location close to all sights and amenities. Design is modern by choice. I had a double room which was clean, extremely well set up, with everything one would need (water, coffee, tea, nice bathroom amenities). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower curtain which I do not like. The blinds were shut as both windows would overlook the outside patio. Breakfast was good. We had dinner twice and liked our meal on both occasions. Would definitely return if I am back for business in Charleville.

A once in a life experience
Cons:

See the pictures. In addition I never experienced in all my travel such an experience! I‘d like to quote the directrice if you don‘t like better look for another place!
Guests are in best case tolerated! If she will answer to this feedback, she will write that it is because of me! No excuse or willingness to find a solution! A 4 Stars hotel!!!!!!!

dit is op zoveel vlakken net niet gelukt
Pros:

mooie reconversie van een oud gebouw, met gevoel voor modern design, heel proper en duidelijk recent geopend voor een hele lage prijs

Cons:

gesloten voordeur, personeel spreekt geen Engels, menu in het restaurant staat op een iPad maar heeft géén prijzen, geen dranken en vermeldt niet dat enkel formules zijn (en geen à la carte) - waarom dan geen papieren menu?
badkamer is klein, douchegordijn komt tot tegen je lichaam, stoeltje maakt veel lawaai (waarom geen viltjes onderaan de poten?) en de handdoeken zien er al wat geel uit (of ligt dat aan het licht)?

Pros:

Location is practical

Cons:

The hotel is understaffed, so the owner does reception desk but it means the door is always closed. You need to call to get it which is very unpractical.
The room was on the ground floor with transparent curtain, so anyone in the building next door could see inside my room. In addition, that meant ligths from public lighting in the room.
The lighting system was turned on with a remote that did not work.

Pros:

Chambre est extrêmement propre.
Le décor est très original, cela change des chaînes d'hôtel impersonnel. Tout est très soigné.
