Tout était correct et agréable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix et emplacement idéal.
Pros:

Très agréable séjour pour une nuit. Hôtel simple, confortable et très bien situé face au lac d’Annecy. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner est bon. Une bonne adresse pour une nuit !

Pros:

Free secured parking. Breakfast. Convenient to town by regular busses. Could walk if you are in good shape. We did not use the rental because parking in town is tight. We did.circle the lake in the car.

Cons:

Room was clean but the shower has mold, probably because the gaskets on the shower door are old or gone.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Handy bus to get into Annecy & good choice of local restaurants

Séjour agréable malgré les petits problèmes
Pros:

Le parking. La proximité avec le lac. L’espace de notre logement. Le grand balcon

Cons:

La poussière. Les draps n’ont pas été changé en onze nuits. Les serviettes sont par contre changées tous les jours.
Pas de technicien pour régler un souci technique que nous avons résolu par nous même

Better than I expected.
Pros:

Very clean room, parking onsite and the staff were very helpful and friendly. No kettle in the room BUT free coffee and tea in the restaurant in the morning was a godsend. The location is a 30 minute or so walk into the town centre but there are buses at 2.50 euros a trip. If you dont want the centre of town to eat ( very touristy) there is a great restaurant ( waiters clad in traditional white shirt and black waistcoats) called Bouillon Bernadette near the Imperial bus stop, you cant miss it, great food at a reasonable price and its only a 15 minute walk back to the hotel.

Pros:

l'accueil du personnel, le choix au petit déjeuner,

Cons:

la petitesse des chambres, la porte qui grince, le fait que nous soyons revenus de déjeuner à 14h et que la chambre n'était toujours pas faite, car nous voulions nous reposer avant de repartir pour assister à un mariage (raison de notre séjour à Annecy)
