Pros:

the location and the room, the balcony facing garden is really nice.

Cons:

front desk could have explain well on the exact location of the iron room. we were finding for the iron room and ended up asking the house keeper where is the location and its located 1 floor above, not the same floor as our room was located. there is no free toothbrush in the bathroom too.

very disappointing stay
Cons:

The water heater capacity is far too small—the next person has to wait 30 minutes to bathe, which is highly inconvenient when traveling with children. Breakfast was a total disappointment with absolutely no variety. To make matters worse, irons are not provided in the rooms; you have to go up a floor to a shared ironing room. Ridiculous.

bilik dan landscape pkok pine je ok, nmpk menarik.

Cons:

Tak sangka pulak bilik sy tingkat 2, tapi takda lift, kena panjat tangga, kebetulan kaki tengah sakit. Unlucky la dapat blok yg xde lift. Check in ada staff tolong bw kan barang ok lagi, balik kene turun naik tangga 2-3 kali dgn kaki injured.
Breaksfast ingatkan dah include 3 org termasuk my child, rupenye utk 2 org je, so kena tambah duit masa masuk kafe breakfast. mahal jugak. Breakfast pon biase2 je. tak kena dgn sy dan fmly.

It was conveniently located around the strip malls, night market and nice restaurants.

The room had ants, the bathroom was very bad with some of the furnishes being partially broken.

Pros:

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and had a peaceful view. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The breakfast was good, with quite a variety of menu options.

Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel. Just a heads-up for first-time guests: you'll need to pay a RM200 deposit during check-in. If you pay by card, the refund will be credited back to your card within 14 days. If you pay in cash, you'll receive the refund in cash immediately upon check-out.

We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with a Twilight-like vibe, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended! 👍

Cons:

We stayed in the Garden Hill View room, and it was very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

Just a suggestion: it would be great if the hotel could add more lights around the trees to make the area brighter and more beautiful at night. We usually stayed outside only until around 11:00 p.m. because it became very dark. At the moment, there is only a light near the sliding door outside the room.

Pros:

Struttura molto grande, un po datata ma stanze ampie e piuttosto pulite.
La posizione è molto comoda, a due passi dalla stazione dei bus e comoda anche per raggiungere il centro e la via con ristoranti/negozi.
Colazione okay, prevalentemente asiatica.

Cons:

Le stanze sono poco insonorizzate.
