Pros:

The environment, location, all the staffs from security guard, restaurants staffs, receptionist are all lovely and friendly with excellent customer services. The room are clean and value for money. Keep it up. Definitely will repeat again in the future .

Well located for the bus depot and only a 5 mins walk

Cons:

Although the room promoted wifi and had a modem in the room the actual wifi router prevented any connection. We raised this at reception but was not informed of any improvements.
We found out by unplugging the router that we could get our devices to access the hotel wifi without constant disconnecting. But the signal was still too weak to stream any video or simple apps such as google maps.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was great located in Tanah Rata and you could go walking to the restauration areas.
The hotel provided the necessary ammenities everyday.

Cons:

The rooms could use a renewal cause they were a bit old compared to the pictures. No matter this, it was clean.
