Good area, a park in front of the property, got a lot of parking, clean, everyone is nice

Cons:

Toiletry (toothbrush and toothpaste) in the drawer of the room instead of toilet…?

Leftover water in the kettle (not sure is intended)

Can hear voices downstairs (snooker) if at 1st floor
