Smelly
Pros:

Our room had a foul odour. We addressed this with staff and the solution was a spray bottle of deodoriser.
Upon checkout I wrote to the hotel and did not receive a reply. Very disappointing after previous stays.

Cons:

Room and Hallway smell was rancid.
