Amazing staff, fine hotel room
Pros:

The staff were absolute rockstars! They helped us so much and were so inviting and caring about our stay!

Cons:

I feel like the location was good for restaurants but pretty far away from the plays to sight see.
The hotel itself is somewhat run down. It was nice but seemed like it needed a little maintenance done on the rooms.

Hotel perfectamente ubicado, personal atento y agradable , lindas instalaciones y muy buen desayuno

Cons:

Solo recomendaría hacer mantenimiento en algunas habitaciones que tienen humedad , ante nuestra queja nos cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación sin problemas

Os colaboradores muito solicitos para ajudar em qualquer avaria, resolutivos e atenciosos.

Localização maravilhosa, café da manhã simples mas efetivo.

Tivemos um upgrade no quarto por um problema na TV e melhorou em 80% a experiência. O primeiro quarto que ficamos mais simples era melhor em foto, mas o que ficamos depois de frente para a rua era excelente!

Incómodo y sobrevalorado.

El desayuno está muy bien, la cama cómoda

Cons:

Ojo argentinos, el baño no tiene bidet! (Podrían haber puesto el de mano)
No tenía ventana al exterior, daba al interno del hotel (no califica como "patio" interno) por lo cual no había luz ni ventilación natural. Claustrofóbico.
La cortina no es black out y encima es más chica que la ventana. Si bien pedí y apagaron algunas luces (tuve que insistir) siguió entrando luz artificial del hotel, horrible.
Puerta del baño no cerraba del todo.

Hotel excelente com muito conforto e comodidade
Pros:

O hotel tem boa localização, café da manhã bom, limpeza, cordialidade da equipe, a cama é bem confortável. Minha mulher gostou muito de ter bons espelhos e boa iluminação. O chuveiro também era muito bom.

Cons:

As tomadas da cabeceira poderiam ser trocadas para também aceitar o padrão brasileiro. No banheiro já tinha esse formato mas no quarto ainda não.

Pros:

Lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación. El hotel esta bien en general. Buen desayuno, staff amable y servicial.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequenas, se escucha mucho ruido, de bombas de agua, tuberias y del aire acondicionado. El colchon es demasiado firme, al igual que la almohadas, muy incomodo.
