So clean, and restaurant staff were so kind.
Only one elevator was working plus it was very slow! Couldn't find stairs nearby also. Shower curtain was a bit smelly.
Location was good.
Kids above us were running during quite hours.
The hotel manager greeted us and since we had a bit of time before check in, she recommended a great restaurant in town for brunch. We then had a lovely early afternoon walking around and then she accommodated us with an early check in.
Staff was super nice
You can tell nothing in the building has been updated in a while. It was really apparent in the uneven, hard, groaning mattress and flattening pillows. It was VERY apparent when we were shocked awake by the fire alarm going off for no apparent reason at almost 5am in the morning. I was thankful I was able to grab all my mother’s medicine (she is not very mobile anymore) use the elevator to bring her and her scooter down to evacuate. I was really glad i had the peace of mind to grab my glasses, cell and car keys so we weren’t waiting in the cold. Turns out a faulty leak somewhere, leaked on something and triggered the fire alarm.
Room service every other day was disappointing

When we arrived the room was ready right on time as promised. IT was at the end of the hallway as requested. It was low lit and felt calming and romantic as soon as we stepped in. My husband raved about the water pressure and how hot the water so much he took a shower again before we left. The Jetted Tub room was such a surprise and we stayed in that room late into the night enjoying the ambiance.

Noting stood out
50$ Incidental fee that arrival they wanted three dollars for a bottle of water they left in your room. They charged an upsell every single thing.
Honestly the food, the service and overall the hotel.
Did not like the city. Honestly would have hated the trip if it had not been for the hotel.
