Liverpool had so much to see and do and our hotel was in a great position to enjoy our visit.
Pros:

Position on the docks and modern space. Appreciated the safe car parking.

Cons:

We had a broken toilet roll holder and shower head pole was dodge.

Pros:

Very clean room, comfortable with a good view. The included breakfast was more than adequate for our needs. Very close to the Albert Dock area with many restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast is busy so try to go for breakfast at 8.30 am.

I imagine when all the surrounding work is complete it would be nice

Great for a quick city break with family
Pros:

Staff were excellent, especially Poppy at check-in, facilities were generally good, complementary breakfast was good and cleanliness was good. Car park is very handy although tight.

Cons:

Mattresses were rubbish, one was very hard, fold out bed mattress was absolutely terrible.

Great location and super lovely staff, but not great for breakfast.
Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. I would like to commend Emma in particular who helped us on arrival on Saturday morning. She helped us navigate the map, recommended restaurants and even printed out menus for us to browse. Very lovely and really went above and beyond!

Cons:

Had I realised how the "view of the docks" would have looked, I would not have got that upgrade as having to climb up and lean to look out of the window at the docks off to the side was not worth the cost of the upgrade. The breakfast was also not great- very few gluten free choices and both days the hash browns were very hard and chewy.

Good overall
Pros:

Having stayed at the hotel before I was pretty sure what to expect.
Turned up early to drop my bags off and was given my room.
Room was clean as expected.
Overall really good.

Cons:

My own fault really as I turned up on the late side for breakfast.
There was enough there but it was running out and no replenishments.
