Shame about the hard bed and awful breakfast

Parfait pour tout sauf le parking

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Juste à côté des Docks. Personnel très gentil. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Pour le parking, c’était un peu compliqué…
À notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous explique que le tarif est de 50 £ pour 24h, mais qu’avec un code donné par l’hôtel, le prix descend à 22 £.
Le lendemain, au moment de payer, le code ne retirait finalement que 3 £… La réceptionniste nous explique alors qu’il aurait fallu payer dès notre arrivée. Un peu bizarre comme système !
Au final, nous avons payé 22 £ directement à la réception et, lorsque nous recevrons l’amende envoyée par la société du parking (indépendante de l’hôtel), nous devrons les appeler pour la faire annuler.

Great location, near to main areas but far enough away from the bustle of city.
Clean,

Cons:

Breakfast service, was carnage. Seemed like people absolutely everywhere. Food was good, just also some very rude customers which made breakfast hard work.
Key card service to use stairs not working so had to queue for lifts which seemed to take ages.
