Cons:

No cold water from the basin mixer tap.
Upon arrival, I asked if the PIN number on the booking reference was for the car park. All I got from the girl on reception was a shrug of her shoulders... Not very professional

Pros:

Loved the location , the hotel was clean and modern. The staff were so friendly and helpful , especially Kort at check in , a credit to the company

Gute Lage für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Die Lage neben dem Albert Dock ist sehr gut.
Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat sehr wenig Ablagen für die Kleidung und Wäsche.
Der Frühstücksraum war eng und das Mobiliar nicht sehr Ansprechen.
Auch das Frühstück selbst war für Englische Verhältnisse relativ einfach.
