Pros:

It was convenient to our schedule.

Cons:

Should have checked the reviews beforehand. The bathrooms were full of mold yuck. Their was hair all over the floor im the apartment.
We could have definitely booked a nicer hotel for only a little extra money and will definitely be doing that next time!
