Old, run down, dirty

The place was dirty . Went to make a tea and the kettle was so dirty , the water was black

Not enough cutlery, plates, cups or cooking equipment. No cutting board or knives. Lift was out of order for majority of the stay.

door had no lock the whole apartment was dirty full of mould and the front desk very unprofessional

Pool looked unclean and we were not willing to try it.
Lift sounded and felt like it was going to die at any moment. Scary experience.
The apartment was very old, outdated, and needed quite a few repairs. The lock on the front door was extremely loose and the apartment could have been easily broken into. The balcony was very unsafe. The railing had large gaps which a small
Child could fit through. The tiles had chips and the glass panels were loose. None of us felt safe enough to go into the balcony.
The kitchen was run down and not very well cleaned. The shower/bathrooms had cracked tiles, hard water stains, rust build up. The walls had cracks/small holes and needed plastering and re painting.
They rooms needed additional bedding/blankets as there were none and it was very cold.

Because the plug sockets weren’t bolted properly there were brown stains in my towels and the room I stayed in smelled like mouldy water and sewage

The pictures uploaded of the accommodation suggest the space is clean; however, this is not the case.
Air-con units were filled with dust and mould; not a system worth turning on, especially when housing an athlete.
The bathroom was outdated and old. The drawers in this area were falling apart. Towels were only changed once during my entire stay at the accommodation; disgusting.
The kitchen and living area were the same as the bathroom; old and outdated. We had to replace multiple utensils in the accommodation due to rust and poor cleanliness. All the appliances worked, but they were just old.
The bedroom was a shame. The "double bed" was just two single beds pushed together, so it was not super comfy to sleep on. Old mattresses and crappy old pillows made for pretty poor sleep during my stay. No, Doona, just sheets with a random blanket. Not ideal for a winter stay. My side lamp didn't even have a light globe, so I didn't see the point in keeping it there?! Curtains tend to fall down and don't block out the morning light.
Didn't spend much time outside on the balcony. Was quite dirty.

Was very dirty and bathroom was not the best with everything needing some tlc, no holder for the toilet paper, vanity was dirty, shower….balcony and chairs provided were old and falling to bits, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a couple of years with the drain full of dirt and hair, dishwasher looked like it was from the original build, to access the cups you needed a step, dining table had cracks in it and rust on the chairs. I could keep going but I won’t.
Over all not the best place to stay but at least the staff were great and the location suited.

Facilities were not as well kept as they could have been. Bathroom shower in the room was quite mouldy.
