Pros:

Todas las instalaciones están al detalle, las habitaciones modernas y amplias. El buffet con comida muy variada y rica. Un detalle el shuttle hasta el pueblo para evitar coger coche! Sin duda para repetir.

Average but could be fixed easily enough.

Location on main road not great but ok.
Food for the one evening we had it was awful.
Picnic breakfast for cyclists was very bad, not at all appropriate for a cyclist. For a hotel that specialises in cyclists it was really bad.
Pump in basement was pretty useless.
They dont supply free water for bidons, again really bad for a hotel specialising in cyclists.
Some really easy fixes would be give cyclists things like bananas rsther than massive apples, and maybe a made up sandwich rather than big bread roll with sachet of Olive Oil. Think about your client.

Great stay, would reccomend
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations:
Friendly, helpful staff
Spacious, clean rooms
Excellent breakfast
Free parking
Short walk into the centre of Altea

Would not hesitate to stay again.

Cons:

The only negative for us was the entertainment which was a bit noisy during the evenings. We had room on the 1st floor, fairly close to the pool, so this might not be an issue for every room.
The windows are well insulated, however, there was still a small amount of noise, apart from that 10/10
