Chambre confortable, propre et personnel très agréable.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter Auray. Hôtel confortable, douillet avec une literie très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le ventilateur avec ces fortes chaleurs. Le personnel était très disponible et accueillant. Nous avons pu récupérer notre clé en dehors des heures prévues car notre train avant plus d'1h30 de retard.

Cons:

Il faisait très chaud, nous avons ouvert les fenêtres mais le bruit de la ville était fort.

Friendly service inside, bedroom was clean and we had the bed made every day even when we did not need to

Cons:

Having to telephone the manager to open the door when we arrived despite me letting him know the time. Air conditioning non existent although a fan was provided. An extra plug socket would have been useful as we had to plug and unplug the lampshades to charge our phones. Vent in the bathroom was not too strong

L’accueil. On s’était trompé dans la réservation on avait réservé deux chambres. Il nous a aidé pour annuler une des deux 2 réservations auprès de Booking et dès le lendemain on a reçu un message comme quoi on allait être remboursés. C’est sympa de sa part.

Un hôtel aux petits soins!
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, proche centre ville et restaurant, dans une rue calme. Propre, personnel chaleureux et attentif
Chambre refaite très confortable, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité
séjour très agréable!
